Is that a cheque in your pocket?

Detectives are investigating whether Lord Levy and Tony Blair ordered Ruth Turner to pervert the course of justice in the evidence she gave to Scotland Yard in the honours investigation.
Police have been investigating whether Ruth Turner was asked by Blair and Levy to cover-up information that might have been of interest to the police.
Turner grassed them up to her solicitor to protect herself.
No flies on that one, then.
A spokesman for Lord Levy said he was unable to comment, just now, as he will be off to jail soon if he doesn’t manage to skip to Israel where there is no extradition treaty.
Ms Turner protested her innocence and said she was never, ever, dumb enough to break the law for anyone including a pair of clowns like Phoney and Levy.
During the inquiry both have been arrested and interviewed on suspicion of trying to pervert the course of justice, which is an imprisonable offence.
