The recent issue of indymedias 256 bit encryption was hailed.But now it's invalid. see below.How long did that take?

But it's not really an issue -- it appears that you simply haven't installed the CACert.org root certificate, there is a link to this from almost every page on the site:

You have the right cert, the SHA1 and MD5 fingerprints match, this means nobody has hijacked your session.

If you can't use email then why don't you come to the #uk channel on the irc server: irc://irc.indymedia.org/#uk and ask people about the problems you often seem to have -- this would be a lot better than you posting non-news stories like this and then getting annoyed when they are hidden.
