Tonight riots in Kopenhagen became extreme. Burning barricades were built all over the city. Several black outs caused chaos in Copenhagen - actvists had cut off electricity cables. Swedish police supports the Danish state.

Solidarity action in many european countries.

The resistance to the eviction is amazing. Really inspiring. As has been the amount local support for the Ungdomshuset.

Next stop for those who watch these videos and read the reports is to support those in jail amd those who will face trials over the next few months

Why is there so little support fin the UK for those evicted by police helicopter and tear gas? Have we all been tamed into submission by our police or are we just not interested in the plight of others? Shall we just sit back and wait for the same methods to be employed here?

hitched from uk for the last eviction dates (12-16 dec) and there were quite a few UK and eire activists there, would have liked to make this but being dole scum cant afford to get back to kobenhavn!
