Seed Sowing Sunday + Co-mutiny Gardening

Guerrilla | 24.02.2007 16:51 | Climate Chaos | Ecology | Health | London

Come along this sunday for a jolly good old bit of co-mutiny seed sowing in Whitechapel.

Since Autumn last year we've been working on a reclaimed piece of land giving it a new lease of life from its former state of neglect.

This sunday (25th) we'll be meeting up at LARC (London Action Resource Centre) 62 Fieldgate Street E1 from 11.45am til noon and then going to the nearby site. Now that it's time to "spring" into action, we'll be planting seeds and making a cold-frame (like a mini greenhouse) with old window panes to insulate the seeds so they'll grow a bit faster. Bring any containers (butter/yogurt cartons) or whatever will make a suitable seed "tray thingy" and markers to label them....and seeds if u have them... and let's get growing!
