Royalty/Charlie boy visiting Toxteth Town Hall in April 2007

Yep, charlie boy is visiting toxteth town hall sometime in April 2007, I believe. As is the standard for visiting 'monarchs', nothing is confirmed until very late - fears over security concerns etc… I hope to have more info in due course… when he does arrive lets give him a warm welcome.
