Critical Mass London extra video.

In addition to  http://www.indymedia.org.uk/en/2007/01/360863.html I thought I would include a 3gp version to put on your mobile phones experimentally, only 2Mb. It is supposed to work OK but lets see.

Doesn't SOCPA only covers protests?

Hmmm, the last court ruling was that Critical Mass in London was "customarily held" thus did not need any advance notification to the police. It certainly cannot be classed as a "protest" in the SOCPA zone so I imagine the police will be on a losing streak here if it comes to court.

Sound systems.

It is sound systems the police are targetting here. SOCPA allows sound systems in cars, for the entertainment of the driver and passengers, but the police seem to think this does not apply to bicycles.
