thing is not every press story ever published is not the net. most of the net stuff begins in the mid nineties.

You need to look at the local press/ paper archives to find it.

Sad story?

The question brings up more.

Did the Lovers find their lives had been ruined through the abuse of that Priest, and think that by killing him there would be publicity that would stop the abuse of others?
Are they recently released?
Was a good Judge a bit lenient with the sentence?
Or a bad Jjdgement unnecessarily harsh. Perhaps because of inadequate legal representation?

Rather sad to spend the prime of life in prison, and find on release that there had been no publicity, and that the abuse has become so widespread it has broken secrecy and become general knowledge.
