letter to the Dutch TD

Dear Mr Marijnissen (TD)
Isn't it time you do something to stop the abuse of power within youth care?
There is no real control on youth care companies in the Netherlands.
They lie openly and refutable in order to place children into their care.

If in court all their lies have been refuted then the judge proceeds by stating that children have not seen their parents or have not had proper contact and the bond between them is broken. They state this even after a few months in order to keep the children placed under youth care.
This is unjust! The law must be adjusted so that this cannot be a reason to prolong the separation.
Judges state that children can only return after youth care has established good contact with parents and after they agree to let parents repair the contact with their children. In reality youth care shuns all contact. This makes them judge the situation and the judges’ decision is bypassed.
The Netherlands is teeming with unjust placements outside of the family, prolonged indefinitely costing families their bliss, causing unnecessary cruel suffering and all this for money, state funded it leaves the tax payer out of pocket.
How do you value children’s happiness?
