Israeli Justice minister guilty of sex charge.

The judges in the sexual harassment trial of former justice minister Haim Ramon found him guilty at Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court shortly after noon Wednesday.

Ramon was charged last August with indecent behavior for having allegedly kissed H., the complainant, against her will. The kiss took place on July 12, the day the war with Lebanon began.
