Gary Condit's been getting rid of sexual embarrassments from the UK to Japan since the 60's. I know, I witnessed one in Ipswich in 77. There is undoubtably a connection.
I witnessed the disposal of a mutilated body in 77 while I was in US Army MI, undercover from the corner flat on London Rd and Linnet (NOT Elliot) St in Ipswich, UK. The occupants there specialize in getting rid of politicians' Sexual Embarrassments, and then getting political payback in return. It got Gary Condit into Congress, until 2001, but he's still quite active, and quite broke, I am sure.
He's quite good at redirecting the attentions of police to other "Likely suspects." Then getting high-ranking political and legal influence to put THAT person away.
I don't think Smith had a thing to do with it, but was chosen in advance as the patsy. Same with the bartender guy. Probably, only one girl was the Hit, and the others "Just for fun." But who knows, for the police will get special funding, like they did in DC, Modesto, in Boulder, in Wichita... And never find the true culprit, I bet. Commonality: Drugged, partial dismemberments, organs missing... GCondit and/or his wife in the area at the time.

You'll find it interesting that Nancy Pelosi was his sole supporter in '01, and that she now strives to install certain persons in key positions and pass traitorous legislation with certain Politicians that can best be described as Security Risks, and Blackmailable.
