A PRIMARY school has become the first to use fingerprint technology.


A PRIMARY school has become the first to use fingerprint technology to encourage healthy eating.

Pupils at St Teresa's Primary School, in Up Holland, near Wigan, place their right index finger on scanners to pay for their lunch.
They gather points by purchasing healthier options and those with the best diets receive prizes each half term.
