Robert Mc Glynn of Samlet Rd, LLansamlet in Swansea has lost his appeal of being convicted of using racially aggrevated insulting and threatening behaviour towards an asian woman in the city in September.
McGlynn,a 40 year old a BNP member started chanting "Sieg Heil!"and performing nazi salutes at a woman wearing traditional asian dress waiting at a pedestrian crossing in the Landore area of the city.
