There is something about child sexual abuse some of us never consider in our pursuit of pedophiles.And befor i go into it more i admit to being this kind of inconsiderate person.

Take,for example.The true story of Tanya X and her sister Shirley X.
Tanya was seven when her Father first came into her bedroom.The details don't matter to the point of this news.But Tanya slept in the same room as her sister Shirley.When Tanya was seventeen,and had a boy friend she felt strong enough to climb out of the bedroom window when her drunk Father came home.But it was years later Tanya found out that her escape cost her sister her chilhood.Can you imagine how Tanya felt?
I sat with Tanya and her sister tonight.In a few moments of family distance years of seperation came together in tears.But it's not over yet.These two women,still realy little girls.When Tanya found out Shirley tried to end it all.Last night Shirley climbed into the loft to hang herself from the rafters.It was only because the rope was not there she never.And as God is with us she spoke out tonight.She does'nt want her dad punishing for this or any publicity to hurt her Family.She just wants her Family to be together.
After some time it came to light her dad had been abused too.I had for some time suspected this kind of thing in other instances i knew.But there was nothing more humbling than to be present in that room and see and hear and feel the forgivness and need of children who just want the security of family life in security and safety with their own parents no matter what.I hope in days to come i can come on here and report back that this story has a happy ending.As they are going to go and confront dad with it and insist he gets help.And i wish them all the love and luck in this crappy world we all endeavour to live in.
