Do people know that the trial of saddam was not only illegal but full of basic violations. The US has done it again: violated international law in plain sight!

The following post might be of interest to people. The trial of Saddam and his hanging are illegal under international and iraqi law.

Now you may al recall that US refused to joing the ICC because it said it would be used politically against the US by its many enemies. What they didnt say was they intended to commit war crimes, and need the freedom to do so without being bound by any law.

but the Iraqi Higher Criminal court set up by Paul Bremer unlike the ICC has really turned out to be a politically charged kangaroo court. Yet where is this being charged in the media?

Weve watched the socalled leader of the'free world' once again run roughshod over the rule of law, with noone doing anything about it.

funnier still the US said it WOULD sign up to the ICC IF US military had exemption hahahaha!

The US and its chums are the biggest offenders in international humanitarian law. Bush & Blair have kicked the UN General Assembly square in the balls and the Security Council is just another kangaroo court.

For international law and peace to flourish the SC needs to be disbanded along with vetos and the US needs to have its power broken up (like they would do to a monopolistic corporation).

If nation states actually enforced international law withing their own juristiction, we'd see fewer wars and far fewer civillian casualties.

Unfortunately, the US is a mortally wounded predator and therefore likely to lash out even more erratically as it plods closer to death.
