Blogging Illegal Alien in Paris

Le Clandestin is the blog of an African illegal alien living in Paris. He writes in perfect english and seems to be cultured, yet he tells of how he has do low paying jobs and put up in squat.

Here is an extract from the blog:

"Last night we were returning home from the theater, Al, miss Amsterdam, the girl and I. It was late, past midinight, and as we approached boulevard de la Chapelle in the 1o arrondissement, we saw several policemen flisking three black youngmen in their twenties. It remainded me of the nightly raids the Kenyan police carries out in Nairobi, inorder to ask for bribes. I felt like changing directions. But Al advised me to stay calm and nothing would happen. Miss Amsterdam took Al's arm and the girl mine. Two ordinarly coulpes on an outing. The policemen did not even look at us. They were busy handcuffing the men. A few meters away, we were laughing like a bunch of kids."
