Palestinians are direct descendants of Jews of old.

And the modern Israelis are descendants of the Arabs of the Levant.

A study of the Y chromosome, published in 2000, addressed the paternal origins of modern day Israelis and found that they contained mutations that are also common among the Arab people of the Middle East.

This suggested that the male ancestors of the modern day Israelis could be traced mostly to the Arabs of the Middle East.

In old Judea, renamed Palestine by the Romans after the Nasi Messiah Shimon Bar Kokhba was killed, some Jews were sold into slavery, but most stayed where they were.

These Jews who stayed where they were are now known as the Palestinians.

So the Palestinian/Israeli conflict is a family affair that has got out of hand.

We know all family affairs can be most bitter so what we need here is for some interested uncle to bring this warring family together.

All this racism that the misguided Israelis are building up against their Palestinian brothers and ancestors is wrong and should be corrected.
