An italian view on London spy-story

I was in London when the russian ex-KGB spy was killed into a Sushi pub in Picadilly, London. Once back in Italy I followed the clue and found that the italian intriguing person, Mario Scaramella, seems a not-so-casual victim of this story.
Well, I looked for news on the italian papers for the last week, and my impression goes, at first, to the way these people have been poisoned, a barbarian way it is for sure.
Second, hardly no one points that the UK government and the Russian one should be both a little angry for all the implications: some people claims to be wounded in some way in hotel and pubs visited by russian spies involved.
My attention goes to Mario Scaramella because I can't understand his role: at first news say that he was seriously wounded and under risk of death, luckily he's not. Then his figure was described as a man who wanted to act like a police officier, even if he wasn't at all. Third he worked for solving an international situation based on military russian boats blocked at Napoli, southern italy. Strange analogy to me, as his involvement with last government and the commission that stated political collaboration between left parties and ex-red block countries.
Here in Italy it has been written hundred of times, but no proof arised. So I keep my eyes opened on this man that was able to create an international summit in Napoli about the use of missiles for a global communication monitoring that led to nothing. Maybe I'm wrong but these strange figures bring my mind back to Propaganda 2 (P-2) dark times, when people was playing two or three roles for government and against italian people.
Hope next weeks the situation will be cleared, but an italian that first say he's dying, than says he has important proofs in London, maybe like the mitrokin commission ones, makes me clear that he's not so clean at all. But could be my statements here are a complete hole in the water.
