Don’t shop for Christmas presents, blag them for free!

Sick of watching celebrities get stuff for free "on-the-blag" one man set out to see if he could achieve the same with no celebrity status whatsover. The result was 80 products in just 4 months and more on the way.

Don’t shop for Christmas presents, blag them for free!

That’s the approach taken by Mike Essex, a Birmingham student who has spent the last 4 months featuring products he has been sent for free on his website Blagman.co.uk. So far Mike has received 80 products without lifting a finger including a cappuccino maker, wax strips for men, video games, toys and even a kitchen sink!

His quest started when he was sick of watching celebrities get stuff for free “on-the-blag” without so much as lifting a finger. Inspired by their freeby grabbing ways Mike offered to review anything that he was sent. For the companies who sent products this meant exposure for anything from razors to tinned spaghetti and for Mike it enabled him to try something new almost every day.

Now Mike updates his site  http://www.blagman.co.uk on Monday, Wednesday and Friday with new products and guides on blagging as he continues his attempt to blag his way through life.
