Communities keeping an eye on what they are up to.

www.fashwatch.org.uk is up and running. The aim of the site is to allow members of the community the opportunity to report any BNP activity in their area. The collection of information has always been a central strategy in fighting fascism and building an information base about recent fascist activities allows for a quicker and more direct response.

FashWatch came about a result of people in local communities becoming frustrated with the lack of opposition to BNP. The information sent to the web site is past directly to regional anti-fascist groups. Fashwatch exists purely as a resource to put people concerned with the activities of groups such as the BNP in touch with groups such as Antifa, who are a separate group dedicated to preventing fascist groups from organising. These groups will then take affirmative action to prevent fascists organising in their areas.

Everyone is encouraged to show the BNP and other fascist groups that they are not welcome in their communities and their hateful rhetoric will not be tolerated. This can be done by reporting any information to the web site as well as requesting stickers which will be sent out for free. The response so far has been overwhelming and this clearly illustrates the need for such a resource.

Put the stickers up in your area – let the BNP know they are the ones being targeted!

Why should we trust you?

I could name a dozen areas where the BNP are organising.

What should make me think this isn't a sting operation?

Personally, I don't think you are powerful or clever enough to break the BNP in all the areas where they now have supporters!

Nice,

It's .Org not .Org.Uk though.
In answer to the last response...
It's probably not going to break the BNP all by itself, If it will stop them from organising in a single place that would be great. It already looks about a million times more professional than Redwatch.
Is it on a server in America? there are no laws in there.
Why don't you start with a picture of Nick Griffin, Or maybe it should be Murdoch, or those people from Redwatch.
Anyways, good luck with stoping a force of pure evil, probably the greatest evil in human history.
Fuck the BNP, Combat 18, BPP, Blood and Honour, and all the rest

Whats with the sniping ? were you involved with afa in the old days ? just interested as it seems a bit strange that you're responce seems more about dragging up stuff from over 10 years ago , have you got first hand experience of the old Leeds and Huddersfield lot ? or are you just regurgitating what you've read from Larry O'Hara ?

RE: Are we branch/MI5? Are we searchlight connected? Is it a sting?

The answers to the above are no. I can understand peoples apprehension to submitting info especially those who have been involved in anti-fash politics before. Paranoid politicos do the job for the state so if you do some research (contact your local Antifa group and talk to people involved with militant anti-fascism) you will find we are kosher.
