UCLA Student arrested and tazered for...not having correct student ID

A student at UCLA is asked for his student ID. He has not got it with him, although he is a regular student. He decided to leave the library rather than stay face trouble over. He is grabbed when he leaves, the video speaks for itself.

What sort of hells are US Universites if they have to have University Police on Campus?

Was it a straight race revenge action? Was whitey getting a comeuppance from some Watts boys?

Or did someone think he had a bomb?

OK before everyone starts getting too excited about this perhaps so info from the US would be of benefit. This was covered on the knows and allegedly what went on is as follows.

This student had repeatidly verbaly abused a female library worker because she would not let him take out some books without his card, he then threatened violence against others who tried to remonstrate with him which is why the police were called.

When the police tried to get him to leave he kicked at them and was continuing to kick at them and others around him until such time as they were forced to restrain him by Tasar, which was set on the lowest setting (which is why you can still hear him shouting during the tasar burst.

This arshole deserved all he got and perhaps will think next time before threatining a young women doing her job
