Blair is off to give evidence to the the Iraq Study Group.
The Iraq study Group is a US government panel apointed by Congress appointed on March 15, 2006, by the United States Congress.
It is charged with delivering an independent assessment, of the situation in of Us and UK forces in the Iraq war.
Blair has refused to allow the British House of Parliament to even debate this matter.
