The 5 min video shows several arrests for holding a placard and refusing to give a name and address.

This 'unauthorised' demo was held on Sunday 29-10-06 in Parliament Square. Protesters successfully camped overnight and maintained their presence until midday on Monday, despite numerous threats of arrest and the possibility of a police raid.
