Free shops are a practical manifestation of anti-consumerism, communal recycling, gift-giving and hanging out in public spaces without spending money. This one is also being done to remember Ross McGuigan, a lad who used to live in Guisborough and got up to all kinds of shenanigans before he sadly passed away.
