War to break out with North Korea to cover Bush mired in sex and corruption scandals.
“Today we are sending a strong and clear message to North Korea that there will be serious repercussions in continuing to pursue nuclear weapons,” U.S. Ambassador John Bolton told the Security Council's 15 members.
Meanwhile, North Korea's UN envoy, Pak Gil Yon, rejected the UN resolution and accused the US, UK and France of not abiding by The NPT, by giving Nuclear Weapons to Israel and failing to dismantle their own Nuclear arsenals as required by the treaty.
Yon sent warning signals to the UN that any increase in US pressure, such as stopping North Korean ships, would be considered as a declaration of war on North Korea.
