There's a lot of drivel about the Notting Hill Housing Trust on here. And now it's racist lunatic drivel. So all "non-indigenous" people are terrorists hell-bent on creating "Londonistan". Surely that's more fitting for a BNP website than Indymedia?

And - by the way - how dare you equate your poxy paranoid whinge about a local housing squabble with the conflict in Iraq and the death of David Kelly. The fact you do it by SHOUTING ALL THE TIME IN CAPITAL LETTERS just makes you look more like a nutter.

I work at Notting Hill Housing so I know what I'm talking about.
We have good ways of evicting our tenants whom we manage. We tell them when to jump and how high. We put tenants with the right persuasive ways next door to them in order to evict them. Don't you realise why we are helpful to all the Cyrenians? All our best property's going up in value, so we have to keep up evicting to free the profits for us. Why do you think we put an inhibition on our tenant's housing benefit through our friends at the housing department at hammersmith & fulham? We provide them with properties from our housing stock. It's so easy. Don't you realise about our promises too good to refuse, to offer a nice flat with a garden and hey presto, don't they all do what we tell them? Yes, there's a lot of shite tenants but we get them out. Just like some of those d***heads at Indymedia. We close down their sites if they dare publish anything against us. We control Indymedia as we control the government as Tone always comes to our rescue. He makes sure we get all our money. We use taxpayers money, as they don't mind giving it to charity, so we can it to build up our stock as we don't have to pay tax if we run the profits through our charity. It's a good larf.
As for the media, we control them, so no one will ever say anything bad about us.

Some of the comments on the Notting Hill Housing site are biased. Many of us at the Trust say the comments on this site are not all true.

We only evict those tenants that complain to us in writing. If they complain, then we show them. If they're not satisfied, let them live on the street. We then call them 'intentionally homeless' when we've finished with them. Then we don't have a duty to house them. That's what we say. We tell the court the same spiel and they always believe us. We've never ever been let down by our judges. Our judges know the close connection between us providing property paid for by taxpayers ['homes for keyworkers' is the slogan we always use - and it always works] and knowing our New Labour politics and what we want is enforcement of our law. Interests of justice - as long as it's in our interests at Hammersmith Grove, we all agree.

All those pleb tenants in the expensive Notting Hill Housing Trust homes will have to learn that they have to make way and get out so we can sell the properties and make money on the sale of the homes through our commercial company Notting Hill Home Ownership Ltd or Notting Hill Housing. We are a growing big business, after all. Yet we have advantages that other businesses will never ever be able to enjoy. We don't have to pay Corporation Tax nor do we pay Capital Gains Tax.

By using the charity and housing dimwits, we can evict them easy and avoid paying tax. The Inland Revenue don't know about our clever tactics. We're the most clever landlords in London. The Inland Revenue are far too dumb to realise why and how we can make such bigger profits than any other property entity in London. Avoidance of tax, that's where we make our money. That and gaining taxpayers grants from the Housing Corporation, which came from Office of Deputy Prime Minister, John Prescott's department, now called Department of Communities and Local Government, under Ruth Kelly.

Use a charity. That's the best way to make the biggest profits in business. That's what our New Labour Rt. Hon. Nic Raynsford told us. He was one of our Directors and Trustees. He had previously been Housing Minister and before that a Councillor for the solidly safe Labour Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham. The best way to control shit tenants is to control the vulnerable. The shite and vermin of London. Old people, young uns, those with depression and mental jerks and those with kids. Having to pay no tax and having grants from our friends that control New Labour, like New Labour Lords Tom Sawyer, Neil Kinnock and Clive Soley means that's why we're the biggest estate agent in London. We're also the most profitable landlord in London.

As for the Parliament's Public Accounts Committee. It can't touch us. Besides, that Edward Leigh is like one of our tenants. He seems like a dumb prat who wouldn't know what we do, as we're far too clever for him or that sidekick of his, Greg Hands?

We were nearly caught out with the over 45+ Trust properties that went missing when New Labour Lord Tom Sawyer was our Chairman. We'll give you a tenancy for life, but when we want our property back, you have to give it back, so we can sell it, otherwise the set of keys we have for all properties we might have to use. We'll visit our tenant's home and when those dumb ones are not in, we get in to their flat and they'll realise we always have the power by us getting in to the flat and that we've paid a visit. Why are we so clever and the tenants so dumb?

Norville B. seems to know too much about our tactics - he must work for us, as he seems to know too much. I thought it was only people at 27 Hammersmith Grove and the Housing Department that knew that we tell our friends at the Housing Department of the council to put a stop or inhibition on the tenant's housing benefit payments, in order to evict them. The Council needs properties - we provide the properties - in exchange, the Council Housing Department puts in place the stop on the Housing Benefit when we tell them to put it in place. What's more, the Council Housing Department always support us rather than supporting a tenant, if any tenant complains of infestation or the place is in disrepair or not fit to live in. The tenancy relations officers of the Council Housing Department always support us as landlords, when it comes to the conflict between supporting us the landlords or the tenant. Who cares about some shitty tenant. If they're vulnerable we know we can tell them what to do and they do it.

norville & rob you never mentioned that the chief exec. of the Trust, always reminds us to never answers any letters from any of the shite tenants. That's number one policy.
