Not to the evict of the Almagro`s AsAlmagro`s Assembly has been recovered by its neighbours four years ago during the event`s of 2001 and the death of the two piqueteros; Maximiliano Kosteki and Darío Santillán, this space is now under legal negociations to be evicted.
The legal actions are demand by Bruno E. Pisano, who bought the space in 1997 (when he was 21 years old) for U$S 200 000-more than $ 600 000 pesos- during the economical crisis that lead to unemployment and poverty.
Our country is going through a crisis where most of the population doesn`t have a place to live and thousands of youngsters suffer exclusion and oppression. We believe in the importance of the Assemblies and Social Centres to struggle against this situation. The capitalism revindicates private property in order to eliminate social spaces and avoid creativity and struggle, this is why we take the eviction order as an other attack of the system.
Because of this we call to the neighbours and mates solidarity to resist the eviction order.
We demand the stop of the legal acctions and the free used of the space by its neighbours and all the social organizations.
