Closeted lesbian and gay people around the Uk are gearing up for National Coming Out Day this month.
Wednesday 11th October is the day, chosen because it commemerates 11th October 1987 when 500,000 people marched on Washington CD for gay and lesbian equality.
Coming Out Day events are aimed at raising awareness of the LGBT communities, as well as providing a suitable date for people thinking of coming out to do so. For youth support visit www.gayyouth.org.uk
