The police have stolen the evidence and property of Brian W. Haw; notably needed for your (apparently and hopefully not) 'kangaroo' court of breaking exactly whose illegal conditions and his curious trial, which also happens to be a gross abuse of legal processes.

He previously displayed, openly and publicly, said evidence of GENOCIDE and retained his personal legal property against the above noted 'JOKER' and the above noted government/war criminals, for almost 5 years, until it was needed for these and other trumped up, ridiculous charges imposed by sir ian blair on behalf of Tony a.k.a. THE War Criminal, and somehow (clandestine dawn raid involving 78(?!) police), stolen by said policing farce, in collusion with and on the behalf of our muppet/puppet/dictator Prime Minister - Tony 'the Toad' Blair.

Beauty may only be skin deep and in Tony's case and in this 'law' suit against Mr. Brian W. Haw and free speech, within these duly noted 'special' circumstances - ugly is straight through to the bone! 'Abuse of process' ring any bells? Do you understand what 'advanced disclosure' means? The tainting of evidence and the event of a mistrial have both been known to occur in English law and therefore exist in reality and do apply, in this case, specifically. Satan/the devil is the father of all lies in many of today's world religions while humanity knows God rules the heavens and the earth. In times of desperation, almost all will cry out to God for help - even the atheist. "God, please help me, my child. God... why?" God gets blamed for a lot of things too. "God, why didn't you change things?" Does God have the power to change the minds and hearts of free men? I think that is why He gave us free will - to steer our own boat and be responsible for ourselves and to ourselves. We are each responsible for what we do and say and how we act. Those are the simple facts. If and when God does choose to intervene, that is what us mere mortals call a miracle.

Will a miracle happen? Can the truth come to light... for all its ugliness, by the Glory and Grace of God?

I believe in miracles. I have seen many. How fortunate am I?

I believe that I see what others overlook. It is the simple things in life that matter and God works his miracles in the most beautiful ways. He just shines a light and things happen. The sun rises and flowers open; every dawn brings a new day; mother's conceive children and participate in the miracle of childbirth... for example. People overcome terminal illness, in good faith.

My God is the God of a second chance. My God always forgives. My God is always loving. My God wants me to learn and be better for the experience of life. In this modern day and age, finding these qualities, within humanity, is a miracle itself. When I think of God, I think of my children and how much I love them and what I wouldn't do for them. If that is the way I am towards my children, how must our Heavenly father feel and behave towards us? He loves us more, unconditionally, no matter what. There is nothing that He wouldn't do ... except for make our decisions for us.

Jesus came to teach - not to dictate.

I am just a mum and I am teaching my children to stand on their own two feet and be responsible for their actions and their emotions. I am teaching them to think for themselves and have compassion for others. I am there to guide them in adulthood and a life of their choice and their making. Maybe God is the same and so much more? Maybe it is humanity that needs to take responsibility for the decisions made by humans; war as an example, is a choice made by man. Sometimes, children need to learn for themselves, the difference between right and wrong through experiencing the consequences of poor decision making skills, stemming from a lack of reasoning ability and lack of life experience.

When will humanity ever learn that war is wrong - killing is wrong? Stealing life is wrong. Stealing the life of a child is beyond wrong. And still God forgives even the murderer, should he have a change of heart. God knows our hearts - that is a miracle; such great unconditional love for all of humanity. I bet God is crying a river of tears for all the children and blessings He sent to the earth that have been destroyed, wantonly.

War and destruction are synonymous - the antithesis to life and creation.

The earth does not belong to an evil bunch of liars. The earth was created for all the world's children to live in peace, in a loving environment. It's not supposed to be a living hell for most children and a bed of roses for the elite few 'adults' who govern democracy unjustly. Illogical. Irrational. Unreasonable.

Until the application of the conditions, let alone the justification for the conditions is argued in the High Courts of this land, punishing Mr. Brian Haw, let alone incarcerating him, in the mean time, is completely out of the question due to an obvious corruption and gross abuse of the legal processes.

A bench warrant is also demanded by the English public for Mr. and Mrs. Tony Blair and all well-known co-conspirators of war crimes against humanity. All persons to be held without bail; namely everyone who voted to bomb Iraq as a pre-emptive strike of war, against Nuremberg laws, or those who would still, to this day, defy democracy and would deny free speech - aiding and abetting SOCPA and ASBO legislation against English humankind.

S.O.S. - Save our Souls

I believe the first thing I need to do is to clearly define some words in my own mind. That would be a good place to start when attempting to decipher the murky world of "anti-terrorist" law and the world of Blair and Blair - the naughty pair - the lepers of London and civil liberties or should I say... the liberators of civil disabilities as may be a more politically correct way of approaching the matter. Definitions are a must when approaching the law. Apparently, the first definition of the 'crappy' Oxford Dictionary, which has eliminated the noun 'free speech' from its concise tenth (hard cover) edition contents hence defecating on the English language and democracy herself, is the rule of thumb where Tony's modern, new and improved English law is concerned. (That was a mouthful!)

Words are very important in my mind. I recently purchased a white t-shirt with three words on it that has received a few comments from society. It started a rather interesting, lengthy conversation the other day. The conversation began, "What does that mean?” I replied that it is a rather impolite way of saying, "Hell No!" While I thought it was just a North American colloquialism. I was informed that the English understand where this Canadian transplant, with her English roots, is 'coming from'.

colloquialism: noun a colloquial word or phrase

colloquial: adjective (said about a word or piece of language) suitable for ordinary conversation but not for formal speech or writing

That's odd. I always assumed that colloquial meant a phrase pertaining and relevant to/understood mainly within a certain geographical area and associated within a region of people with a common language; is generally slang as opposed to grammatically correct. 'Monkey see, monkey do', as an example.

The three monkeys posed in a sculpture generally is recognized everywhere as it artistically depicts the combined words and saying 'Hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil' with three individual monkeys sitting collectively, side by side. Each little monkey has both of their hands placed over their ears, eyes, and mouth respectively. An assumed meaning behind these three little dudes could be that if you don't hear about evil and you don't see it and you don't speak about it - you won't know about it; in essence; evil won't exist. If no little monkey talks about evil at all and no one sees it and no ones hears about 'it', how could 'it' possibly exist? (That sounds like Tony’s world of SOCPA.) Quantum physics clearly states that things must be observed and quantified in order to be perceived as part of reality. Who are the real terrorists of democracy and society?

You could make another assumption of meaning behind the three monkeys. All knowledge of evil could be eradicated by simply completely ignoring evil and refusing it to be allowed to be imitated in any given way. If it can't be seen or heard or spoken about, the assumption one is left with is a non-existence of evil which seems highly unlikely given today’s over-sexualised greedy mentality of most warmongering nations involved in weapons trading. Or, it could artistically depict that once these three little monkeys heard what they heard and saw what they saw, they said what needed to be said and the evil wasn't tolerated anymore. Art is like poetry, it inspires differing meanings in different people. Words can be very artistic, by nature - they paint a picture.

The phrase on my t-shirt is, "DO I FCUK". It is a French Connection U.K. brand t-shirt. There is no question mark at the end of the statement. While it appears to be a question, there is only a grammatical reference to a question of thought in the use of the word 'do', at the beginning of the phrase. Do I swim? Do I bike? Do I love my children? Do you read? These are all phrases that raise a question mark at the end of each thought expressed in a questioning format, complete with the proper punctuation mark needed - a question mark.

We all know that the logo FCUK is a cheeky way of printing the "F" word from the English language which is pretty much globally understood to be the word 'f*ck'(replacing the * with the vowel 'u'). It is a slang word and a dirty word, as I was taught by my mother. As an adult, I now understand it to be a colloquial word. It was generally known in society as a foul word and not acceptable to be said within the public media; i.e. television or radio. It is certainly not acceptable to be used within a court of law or legal documents when addressing members of the legal community unless quoting the words of a statement given by an individual. You could quite rightly get arrested by an officer of the law in many countries, whether it is in its English form or whatever translation of language, when combined with the threee letter word 'off'. Now I am being cheeky.

Where I come from in Eastern Canada, the Maritime Provinces to be specific, we use the phrase "Do I f*ck!" as an exclamatory remark of disgust and objection to an unreasonable question, especially when the question is of an insulting nature. If I were to take personal affront to a man asking me a ridiculous question that insulted my intelligence say...

"Do you have permission to" sing a song?

"Do I f*ck!" I thought in my mind.

Did a police officer of the Diplomatic 'plastic' Protection Group, Tony's groupies at the gates of hell, 10 Downing Street, London threaten, once again, to have me arrested and therefore separated from my child, interrupting me from singing a song - "You are my sunshine" to my youngest daughter, for an 'offence' that is only reportable and not arrestable by definitions contains within SOCPA legislation? Was he abusing his powers and the laws of justice? Did someone ask him to approach and abuse the law - question, bully, harass and threaten me? Was it on sir ian's behalf or am I being completely paranoid?

Do I need permission to sing a song in public areas, specifically outside - exterior to any public or privately owned building, in a free and democratic society, providing no foul language is used? "Do I f*ck!"

'Hell no!' is a more polite response within the accepted morality of general society than the above noted phrase and yet still wouldn't be regarded as a remotely polite response within a court of law. The response "Hell no" would have certainly gotten me arrested last Thursday afternoon. I simply exerted my knowledge of SOCPA and clearly stated that Joe Coppo was abusing the SOCPA legislation and his assumed position of power over my freedom of speech. I carried on singing, as usual. He said goodbye and toodled back to his position behind the gates.
Do I need a courts permission to wear a t-shirt that bears a logo outside a courtroom? "Hell no!" Inside a courtroom, I would assume that a FCUK t-shirt would not be deemed appropriate attire by any persons sitting in judgment of those individuals accused of crimes.

There is little opposition to Capitalism and the wearing of branded items of clothes within a Capitalistic society, which may be by their artistic expression, offensive in nature.

Here is hoping we are all 'on the same page'; another colloquialism that delivers the assumption that should we all be reading the same book by the same author, we have all read up to the same page in said book and have therefore read the same information and have a shared understanding of the grouped meanings of these words - a common knowledge.


'Ask a stupid question - get a stupid answer' is another good saying. Is a saying a colloquialism?

Certain phrases, certain people use, generally, in certain geographical areas. The question of colloquialism depends not where the saying originates from but whether the phrase is suitable for formal speech or writing.” Is it f*ck!" is a variation of "Do I f*ck!” both are sayings and colloquialisms - not suitable for formal speech and writing.

Providing a phrase is suitably in line with the accepted rules and customs of a democratic society, is a phrase just a phrase or is it a security risk? Given a phrase is not suitable to be expressed in public due to the use of foul language and/or the assumption that it would be found to be offensive to the majority of said public, i.e. racial slurs, is the verbal expression of certain phrasings that incite hatred towards a specific segment of society an arrestable offence?

The phrase 'Ask a stupid question - get a stupid answer' is acceptable in public and might not be in a formal setting and therefore, by accepted definition, is possibly a colloquialism depending upon whether respect is an accepted formal standard. I would assume the correct grammatical expression of that phrase as an assumption and a complete sentence would be, "If you ask a stupid question of a person, you will receive a stupid answer in response." Ask a stupid question - get a stupid answer.", is a shortened version and is grammatically correct and I do not believe it is acceptable at a formal level of society as formal or proper English due to the implied cheekiness and lack of respect that specific statement creates. The saying implies that only stupid people ask stupid questions and therefore deserve stupid responses, Mr. DpG dummy.

By definition f*ck is a pornographic vulgar word. 'F*ck off' is a colloquialism that would not be acceptable in a court of law or as a response to an officer of the law. 'F*ck you', as a phrase, could and would have the ability to insult pretty much anybody who understands the meaning of the saying. 'Do I f*ck' as a phrase, a verbal statement of response and a colloquialism is most probably an arrestable offence in England, when spoken directly towards an officer of the law.

I do not believe society accepts police officers who are supposed to be respected within our society for their roles as protectors of society (?SOCPA?) to be sworn at. I am certain it must be an arrestable offence; regardless that I have been informed by Inspector Lyons of the Charing Cross division of the Metropolitan police that a man who thumps an officer will serve very little time, if any. He also told me he teaches his children that it is a hard, cruel world during a conversation in which I attempted to report an assault committed against Steve Jago at the gates to 10 Downing Street, by an officer of his police station, Charing Cross, witnessed by myself and my two children and many other independent witnesses at the gates of number 10 Downing Street and clearly filmed by an independent member of the 'news' media. (can be found on the internet on the Indy media UK site - thank you rikki for your talent of always being at the right place at the right time and for your anti-capitalist spellings and reporting of the real news from London, without political bias.)

Opposed to Inspector Lyons, I teach my youngest daughter the names of flowers, her times tables, respect and the value of honesty. She sees the corruption of the beauty of nature, the value of knowledge and the kindness respect regenerates, for herself.

F*ck is not a good word - it is a bad word. I think that is what we still teach the children at school. I do not believe the children are permitted to swear at their teachers and are generally reprimanded and/or punished for the use of foul language towards a person within society who is employed to educate. I do not believe swearing is tolerated within most daycares of the infants of today's Capitalist society. Doesn't Pete of Big Brother fame have issues and perhaps mainly a disease associated with the inability to control his outward expression of inappropriate words which sometimes includes 'swear words'?

This statement implies that the Commissioner is the only person who may authorize and the only person who may impose specified conditions and that his opinion is reasonable(and that his opinion is his own - political lap dog for Toady - prancing poodle - well trained monkey who dances on queue??).
In order to have a reasonable opinion, one would have to demonstrate a reasonable mind through reasonable actions which is simply not the case with sir ian blair. The 5 year longstanding protest of Brian Haw of Parliament Square provided absolutely no hindrance to the entrance of Parliament on any occasion, at any given point in the past 5 years (1825 days, 43,800 hours, or 2,628,000 minutes) and yet was limited to three meters in length and one meter in width? Who are the individuals who believe they have the right to limit the amount of evidence of GENOCIDE displayed to the public? Is limiting evidence reasonable?

I understand that metric is not the accepted term of measurement used in the English Court rooms; I could be mistaken. I believe all the road signs in England limiting speed are designated in miles per hour and all speeding tickets are given out in miles over the speed limit. Has any other demonstration been met with such brutal limiting forces? The pot smokers had as much space as they liked and were free to smoke their weed. Is there only a limit to the amount of evidence of genocide that may be presented to the public?

When reporting a crime, as is every citizen’s duty, under said Nuremberg laws, is it reasonable for an official of the law to ask the reporter of said crime as to whether or not he has applied for permission to report said crime? Permission is required to report a crime? In ian and Tony's world, is reporting a crime without permission from the perpetuator of the crime a crime in itself and can it be perceived as a demonstration of 'free speech' - another crime? Is that a reasonable question I just wrote or does it sound completely farcical and

Barbara Tucker could not possibly be conceived to cause a riot simply by wearing a pink sparkly banner declaring "PEACE LOVE AND JUSTICE FOR ALL". Is her pink banner a threat to public order? How many times has Barbara Tucker, Steve Jago or Brian Haw been victimized and bullied by various officers of the law? (Babs - 59 times I believe). Is that reasonable and is sir ian demonstrating his ability, or lack thereof, to reason reality from his own imaginary world?

Brian Haw has resided at Parliament Square day and night for over five years, just across from street from where Tony and the boys have eroded over 1000 years of law, there not being one terrorist incident at said location nor any assaults or acts of violence, except by officers of law against peaceful protesters. Is that a reasonable statement, a statement fact, a statement or a statement of fiction. Who is behaving sanely and whom are the lunatics? War does not bring peace; it just sells more weapons, makes more money, kills more children and brings more wars.

d) danger to property.

The only property that has been damaged is that of the people which was gifted to Brian Haw and damaged by agents under direct orders from sir ian 'woof woof' blair. I would ask of the artist Mr. Banks as to whether he believes his gifted artwork, valued at some £75,000, was treated in a fair and reasonable fashion when it was removed carelessly, to say the least, in a clandestine early morning raid on 'free speech' that could only be perpetuated by the 'JOKER' himself. Is this a reasonable way for the police to go about enforcing limitations to freedom of expression and/or speech as allowed for under the Human Rights Act, Article 10 and/or 11, I believe? Reasonable? Logical?

On occasion, various other individual have made a conscious choice to live at Parliament Square for periods of time and have been recorded by several CCTv cameras as doing exactly that.

I would assert that the community must only be treated as a whole without neglecting one individual who abides within the 'designated area', specifically including peaceful protesters. I would also assert that bullying tactics of a broad range have been used against a small segment of said community under the direct orders of sir ian, a.k.a. the 'JOKER' or Tony Blair's political lap dog. I assert that the only disruptive force within said community are the actors of this political police farce - notably the Charing Cross branch who have been known to have behaved in an deplorable fashion, in the past; curiously and specifically since the introduction of SOCPA.

I would question whether bullying is a reasonable tactic for an officer of the law towards a peaceful member of society and the community. I question whether the Senior Officer of the Police of the Metropolis of London is reasonable to tolerate and condone bullying.

When I have seen so many groups film the buildings of parliament at various times of the twenty-four hour solar cycle, is citing the area as a "high security risk" a reasonable explanation for rude behaviour, bullying tactics and general poor form as officers of the policing community of specifically Charing Cross Police Station? Was it reasonable of me to assume that their only crime was that they were black and were obviously, to myself, Moslem? Did I really witness a hate crime of a racist nature on behalf of those cows on bikes against peaceful tourists - a visiting sector and representatives of another community? Is institutional racism reasonable? Is it reasonable to assume that bullying a race or a religion goes against the laws of this multi-cultural society Tony Blair has for sale?

I met two famous comedians last Thursday. One was Mark Thomas from England and the other was from the Sudan, Africa. I don't find the 'Joker' that heads the Met funny in the least. Ain't free speech a beautiful thang?

My baby girl received, yesterday, the Head Teacher's Award - a certificate and a medal for "Fantastic improvement in literacy and numeracy." How happy a mummy am I? Ballet starts soon... yippee! And my boy is going to boxing tonight for the first time. His grand father won many trophies in the British Royal Navy; for boxing and cross country running. I have already been told that his left foot and he are "rare as rocking horse shit" by a coach from Charlton, when he was just nine years old. I take pride in raising my children - my family. The world must change for the better, for them and for all the world's children.

There can be no doubt - change is the one thing that cannot be stopped. The sun raises its head to a new dawn every single day you are blessed enough to open your eyes and take a breath. What you do with that day belies where you lay your priorities and where your heart stands. I personally believe peace and free speech are worth demonstrating to the public and the politicians as worthwhile priceless gifts from the past, for the future. That's why today is called the present - it's a gift. It should never be allowed to be stolen from any child of any nation. Gifts were meant to be given.
All children are gifts from God and no government has any right to steal those gifts from the parents of any nation. Hell is a long time a blazing, indeed.

News Item: All Cabinet Sheep MUST support “genocide” in the political barnyard. Baa, Baa, Baa.

Some years ago on the Happy Farm in the land of the political cronies we have seen some political sheep follow their master, the political sheep-herder, into supporting ‘genocide’. It would have been a sight to behold; these woolly headed Cabinet Ministers all Baa, Baa, Baaing on cue when their shepherd and political ewe ram herds them all in the direction of the barnyard NONSEnse; watching them rise from their sheepish positions and bleating Baa, Baa, Baa, which means YES, YES, YES in Liberal lingo, to this deviation of law called ‘genocide.’

Hear them bleat: “We’re Liberal sheep and we can bleat, and you know where to find us. Following Tony, your pal - our crony, leaving our principles behind us.” This is a true Baa Baaing statement. The Liberal sheep, having no principles, just followed their sheep-herder as the sheep are fed, watered and housed in the ‘well guarded’ Happy Farm Houses. Some of the sheep have been there for years and have no desire to lose any of their feedstuffs and perks at the political trough. You see, ‘good’ sheep always follow their master’s voice. Baa, Baa, Baa. The political shepherd and his political lap police dog lead the way for the sheep to follow.

“WOOF, WOOF, WOOF!” barked Sir Ian Blair, the political lap police dog as he sent 78 British bull terriers to remove ‘free speech’ and all traces of ‘genocide’ from the SQUARE. “We must protect the ‘rights’ of those who are different from us sheep. We are a ‘non-discriminatory’ and ‘tolerant’ Funny Farm of ‘equality’, subject to the invented Barnyard rules of our Charter.”

Baa, Baa, Baa bleat the Liberal cabinet sheep in unison. Then they will all sing in bleating sheep language, “We’re Liberal sheep with no Bo Peep and we don’t know where to find her. But we’ll follow the Blair’s, the naughty pair, we’ll vote yes - we don’t need a reminder.” Hey, a nice tune from a bleating good herd.

A few years before that song and dance, on another Funny Farm where everyone is ‘Lordly’ and small ‘c’ conservative, those sheep had voted against lowering the legal age of sexual consent for homosexual males. In fact,,, three times the ‘Lordly c’ Farm said, “NO!” to the Happy Farm Houses. The ‘c’ sheep had no intention of changing this accepted ‘normal’ age of consent for homosexual males. But many of Tony’s cronies, were going Baa, Baa, Baa in support of this perversion of the ‘law’. And so, it came to be, Tony and his barnyard buddies invoked their very first Act of Parliament, effectively over-riding the ‘c’ sheep, and lowered the legal male/male age of sexual consent. Now that’s Baa Baa Baarking mad!

Tony says it’s all about ‘freedom’ and ‘security’. Funny Farm watcher’s have wondered if mad ‘Cow’ disease has infected the Blair’s and most of the other sheep for this sheepish behaviour. Some humane animals are worried that perhaps these political sheep have swallowed their own sheep dip, resulting in a poisoning of their minds.

At one point, even the QUEEN BEE, had to remind Tony that the Army Ants were ‘hers’ and not ‘his’ - no ‘his and hers’ allowed. Could there be an explanation for this mind madness in the sheep? Rumour has it; there is a worry of mad ‘Cow’ disease in the Happy Farm Houses. A recent news headline said: “Mad Cow Disease found in German goat.” (NAZIsm?/HITLER? Ringing any bells folks?) Which raised the question: Did the German ‘goat’ interfere with the English ‘Cow’, and if this happened, could Liberal sheep get infected as well?

These are strange times on the Funny Farm, indeed. Still, this mad ‘Cow’ disease should be very worrying to the Liberal sheep. Could mad ‘Cow’ disease have infected these cabinet sheep? Is their a German ‘goat’ loose in the Happy Farm Houses and chasing the sheep? If so, could the ‘goat’ be charged for sheep interference? Could this be an animal ‘hate crime’? Mad ‘Cow’ symptoms do attack the brain and can cause unnatural behaviour to the thought processes. Does this mean the Happy Farm Houses across from the SQUARE will need to be QUARANTINED?

This is a very worrying situation for the inhabitants of the Funny Farm currently governed by the Happy Farm Houses. Who will run the Happy Farm if all the cabinet sheep are QUARANTINED? Would some other Liberal turkeys take charge? Is this ‘1984’ or 2006? Is this England or ‘Animal Farm’? These are important questions that need answers.

Hopefully, Tony, the ‘master political sheep-herder’, will hold a news conference and declare there is no mad ‘Cow’ or German ‘goat’ infecting his sheep and that they are all healthy to vote ‘stand trial’ for ‘genocide’ and a ‘failure of duty to protect all God’s children - small and great’ as this is no bull poop. The police have stolen the evidence and property of Brian W. It just seems like some rediculous conspiracy from a mystery novel and yet what was just an idea I had in my mind, has deepened into a hypothesis that seems to become more self-evident as a sound theory and logical flow of a corrupted society - collapse. Some seriously 'ugly' folks are colluding to alter the course of history in an 'ugly' direction - consistent world wars to distract the general public from the real problem... what is happening in the lives of our world's children in the homeland and abroad. Are their human rights being grossly abused in how many countries, including our own?

I remember the Lord's prayer as a child as "... and forgive us our debts, as we forgive those who debt against us...". That has been changed in my lifetime somewhere from or to "and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us..." Where was I when this change was made? Who presumes they have the moral authority over God to change the one and only Christian Lord's prayer? That just doesn't seem right to me.

As I have gained a greater understanding of the world, in my past forty years of life, travels and experiences, I fail to
understand any clear distinctions between Capitalism and Communism. Both systems are based on a preponderance of serfs, begging for scraps from the lords (the abusers vs. the abused or the oppressors vs. the oppressed as the Samaritans recognize modern day reality), slaving away at the bottom of the pile and making up 99% of the pile, and the few greedy politicians and friends, at the top of the pile, the top 1%, who benefit greatly, especially financially, from their positions of power and their exertion of said corrupt power of economic abuse against the children of their own nations and those of many other nations. 'They' enforce insanity onto and perpetuate immorality into the present and the future of their nation's children's lives, as well as the lives of many other nations’ children.

Insane living conditions for children under uncontrollable, intolerable abusers of economic power and those with financial abilities to promote war mongering is insanity. Isn't genocide a sign of a sadistic mind? Is genocide a sign of a masochistic mentality? Bondage and slavery come to mind, when thinking of Tony and Cherry 'muppet' Bliar's grip on democracy.

The English people are not, nor will ever be, slaves to the government, especially a government as corrupted as these lunatics. The government is employed to serve the people and if it is found to be only serving itself, as civil employees - all employment can and will be terminated.

Would you fancy a soldier or many soldiers bowling into your home and scaring the living hell out of you and your children, while they scream and run behind you, in terror, to protect themselves from the scary men with the big guns pointed straight at them? You completely savage b*tch.

I bet your son won't be marching off to Iraq or Afghanistan to be brave and fight for democracy; indiscriminately murdering innocent children, having been brainwashed into thinking that what he is doing is just and right and noble.

There always comes a day, for each and every soldier, when the reality of his actions hits home with a heavy blow to the conscience - the conscious mind - if he/she has taken any life 'unjustly' and 'knowingly'. If a person has any conscience or when a confused mind returns to a state of conscientiousness, the act of taking life weighs very heavy on the heart also - especially when ending the life of a child.

When a child dies, it is usually heart-breaking to someone, somewhere, at some point in time - even if it is only the Good Lord above who mourns their loss. God does truly love every child, unconditionally. Deal with it - the soldiers are forced to, eventually, in the depths of their hearts and the darkest corners of their minds; that is punishment enough. We, the people, as sane logical
conscientious human beings, mostly all know right from wrong and you 'government sicko's' are as wrong as it gets.

Abandoning ship from the Nazi brigade could put you away for life in the stockade if Tony 'the tw*t' has his way and his say - making his words into law by the stroke of his corrupt pen. SOLDIERS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO QUIT WARRING APPARENTLY, unless Tony says so, and if Tony says no, to war you go or the stockade and a LIFE SENTENCE is awaiting for you.

FREEDOM? So much for seeing the world from behind the bars and gates of Tony's concentration camp for armed, forced dissenters - life sentence mandatory. And when that 'JACKASS' tries to bring in conscription through his 'Bad Lad's Army' advertising and probably more corrupt legislation abusing human rights and civil liberties of economically disadvantaged children, I will duly note I pointed out that 'the writing was already on the wall.'

I think the sanity of Tony Blair needs to be questioned as he has shown himself clearly to be a psychopath - having no conscience for his actions and how they effect others. He foolishly has no conception of how his criminal activity is going to effect his future freedom from behind some metal barn, tailor made for Tony. He is a consistent, habitual offender who consistently shows no remorse for his crimes and lives in a complete state of utter denial.

Is he a dangerous offender? I would say so.

He suffers from delusions of grandeur. I am pretty certain that a drugs test would be necessary for him and the missus - you can never be too careful with drug abuse. I have witnessed him, many times, on the television with that certain 'could be cocaine-induced', 'I rule the world' look to his eyes. I have seen that 'look' in so many others with cocaine addictions. Of course, I could be mistaken.

Could someone please check his septum to see if he still has one? Coke does exit the blood system fairly quickly. The nose-rot is always a sure sign of this particular drug's over-usage.

I firmly suggest the Blair's be sectioned under the mental health act, section 136, I believe, for at least 90 days, as SOCPA legislation allows for all suspect terrorists to be held; the first 48 hours of which to be in the isolated confinement of a mental institution to ascertain the state of their mental health. They have most certainly shown themselves to be of a great and serious, violent threat to society.

Yes, I do believe these 'people' all individually need to be sectioned under the mental health act immediately, post haste, as they are an immediate threat to the public specifically, society in general, the children of the world indefinitely and most probably, to themselves.

It still makes me cry when I think about that day. The radio clicked on and there was sad music and then the news of her death. I cried - I won't lie. I cried like a baby, like so many others. I went up to Kensington Palace and just wanted to be where she had been to feel closer to her, even though I knew she was gone; as if that would make any sense to war-monger and someone with a blackened heart.

Lots of people went up to Kensington Palace and brought flowers - an ocean of flowers and a sea of sentiment. The message, "Diana, we love you" was on almost every gift of mourning in some shape or form of written expression of true grief and deep love. Isn't it odd that by today's SOCPA standards, that demonstration of love and display of grief would be conceived as an unauthorised demonstration and an act of terrorism by Tony's weakened standards of his mind.

I brought my children with me. I cried for her boys and the wonderful mother I knew they had lost forever.

It really sucks when your mother dies; I personally know. My mum was released from her battle with cancer when I was just 27 and my son was six months old. She was an amazing woman. I remember sitting in the doctor's office when they told her she had 3 months to live. (the tears are coming... ) She fought that awful disease for two years. And when it came to her last months, in a palliative care unit, she would council the families of those losing their loved ones as she completely understood. She, herself, had lost my sister, when Susan was only five years old, to cancer. I can still see the photographs in my mind of that beautiful, healthy three year old child and her slow decay over the years that followed. I remember all the stories my mum told me about her. I remember all the stories my mum taught me.

Back in those days... bone marrow transplants were new. My mum sat in a hospital and listened to her child scream out and shriek in absolute pain as the doctors did what they felt they needed to do. And we are revisiting this hell on how many other mum's around the world and denying their children proper medical care?

Mr. 'pr*ck-faced' HYpocrite the SECOND IN COMMAND: BEST CRONY OF toady, ol' buddy ol'pal = Gordon Brown - Toady's best 'rent-boy': wants sympathy, for himself, because he held his dying daughter in his arms? No disrespect to your child and you got what you had coming to you. You have the blood of many nation's children on your hands. You only experienced, once, the nightmare you visited, how many times, on how many families and nations? Your poor wife...

Amongst her many good deeds, after Susan died, my mum volunteered in mental health institutions for children and witnessed such atrocities, back in the day. And she spoke out - loud and clear.

I often wonder why my mum was given shock therapy... placing electrodes on her temples and zapping the shit out of her brain. They didn't break her, her mind, or her spirit of love of all mankind - especially the children. They could never stop her from doing what was right and just and proper. I have never again met a woman with her strength.

I guess that's why I fell in love with Diana. She had my mum's heart and her strength, and then some... My mum wasn't a princess though, she wasn't royalty - she was just my queen of hearts. I am avenging my mother's cruel treatment... of this you must be certain.

I met a dude in the local kebab shop who, after we got to talkin', while waiting... told me he had been to Jamaica and been to Bob Marley's grave. My mum was a child of war, herself, not unlike a segment of the Irish; albeit the problems in Ireland were instigated through British bullshit, stemming from days, long gone past.

My mum was evacuated, here in England. She was also a child of poverty. My uncle took me to where, the exact field where he watched, as a boy, the dog-fights and heard the doodle-bugs zing overhead. It was when they stopped making that noise - the real problems started.

My mum had one dress she would wash out every night to wear the next day. She had holes in her only shoes and would put cardboard in the soles in a feeble attempt to keep out the wet. She had quite a few brothers and sisters by today's standards. Her and her siblings would huddle under a pile of coats, in bed, in a pitiful attempt to stay warm in the winter months. Bread and drippings were part of her staple diet. Life was very hard for the English, in those days - especially the children. She had a good mum too. I remember all the stories all too well.

Her dad was a man's man and would go to the pub every day and twice on Sunday's. One day, he woke up and his bike was all smashed to bits. He said to her, "Mate, I must have had one hell of an accident last night." Nan just smiled in the knowledge that she had taken an axe to his bike, the night before.

My mum didn't do what she did for acclaim or fame or money - she received none. But when she died - Christ Church, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia was filled to the brim. I remember after the service, in the church hall... so many people saying so many nice things about her. The nurses from the hospital even came and they spoke to me. My mum had pictures of my, then, two children all over her walls. How many of them told me how much my mum loved me and how she loved my children, and how beautiful she thought all children were?

Whenever she, very rarely, went on holiday, she always came home with pictures of someone else's children. Beautiful brown children, beautiful poor children... her heart was for the kids of this world, her compassion was wonderful. How lucky am I to have been taught love by her? My son just came over and gave me a hug and said, "Don't cry, mum." I explained that I am O.K. - just writing about my mum. I guess this would have been the eulogy I would have given, had I been given the opportunity.

Gordon Brown, you insult the memory of my mother by seeking sympathy for what many women have been forced to suffer, by your hand, if not your blind eye. How dare you compare yourself to her?

The day Diana was murdered was an awful day and it was good to be around so many people who were feeling the same thing and sharing so many wonderful thoughts about such a beautiful person. She was truly beautiful, inside and out.

Your Honour: Excuse me please. I do not agree with today’s proceedings.

It is my opinion that:

1. I cannot make a plea today until I have received advanced disclosure from the CPS or the police. I understand there should now be an itemized list of all items seized on the morning of Tuesday, 23rd May, 2006 from Parliament Square. I understand that I should be provided with a written documented list of each individually tagged item.

2. Two black Bibles were also seized on the aforementioned date. I am requesting that they be rescinded into my care immediately as I have been fasting and praying for peace. They were gifts of love and compassion given to myself from dear friends to comfort me - to comfort us all. I believe that they convey the message that a time of peace shall come to pass - a promise by God. And as Mr. Tony Blair has been quoted in the paper yesterday as desiring to commit his faith to the Christian faith and the Roman Catholic Church, I am certain he can appreciate that this request is most reasonable.

3. I am requesting the return of all personal property required for my living needs, such as clothes, to my permanent address as recognized by the Royal High Courts of Justice: Brian Haw, Parliament Square, Westminster, London, .

4. I am requesting to carry out a personal inspection, today, in the presence of my solicitor and/or barrister and an one independent witness of my choice and that this inspection be carried out and video recorded by an independent party to be jointly agreed upon today, of all the admissible evidence pertaining to today’s proceedings which I assert is my personal property seized on the aforementioned date. I assert I have just cause to question what state any of it any of it is in due to the video-taped nature of the afore mentioned seizure of said property from Parliament Square. I am also requesting to personally re-locate the entirety of the afore mentioned admissible evidence to a location of my choice, and to commence removal within forty-eight hours of today’s date, with a person of my choice, to be jointly agreed upon today. I am requesting I be given twenty four hours to complete the relocation of afore mentioned admissible evidence.

5. I am requesting that all privileged confidential legal documentation between my solicitor, my barrister and myself, along with tape-recorded and video-recorded and photographic evidence be returned immediately as I assert the legal documents were illegally seized. The police were told at the time of the seizure of these items that I believed that they had no legal right to take these items, by myself and others.

6. I personally have many questions regarding the legalities and/or illegalities pertaining to the continuation of these proceedings. Almost all of my evidence for not only this case, but many other cases and actions, pertaining to the police, has been seized by said police. It is somewhat ironic that the admissible evidence in question and privileged confidential legal documentation pertaining to various on-going cases and actions against the present government of England has been seized, by force, from Parliament square in a dawn raid which, in my opinion, was a great waste of the taxpayers monies and used somewhat excessive force and bullying tactics. I cannot see how this case can proceed for if I had stolen all the evidence from the CPS, they could not have possibly proceeded to trial for even a first hearing.

7. I am humbly requesting that I be treated fairly and justly by the courts of this land and allocated a minimum of 20 feet to store my admissible evidence of what I consider to be genocide by this government, as has been the approximate length of most prior demonstrations, and to have the width also set as according to that of previous prior government authorised protests, as filmed by the City of Westminster which I am presently requesting of yourself. Lastly, I humbly request that the limitations set regarding the amount of people who may choose to show their support be questioned and be set in line with other government permitted protests on parliament square.

Genocide: Judge Pleads Not Guilty on Behalf of Government



Dear Sir:

I still cannot quite digest what I witnessed today within the Bow Street Magistrates Courts - such flagrant abuse of a fellow country man’s rights. Why did not the solicitor object more strenuously? Perhaps she did not fully understand the games that were being played in that courtroom. They are certainly beyond the comprehension of most ordinary folk. Business as usual, I suspect - collusion. I recognized what I saw. I will explain…

It is just not a very pretty conclusion that is beginning to form in my mind. Brian politely stood up and asked the judge for his help, humbly, and was told to sit down and remain silent; that he could not speak regarding matters that others present were able to discuss to whatever length they chose - so many unanswered questions.

I know from article 1. of Brian Haw’s statement that it was legally impossible for a plea to be offered today, let alone one be chosen and laid down by the judge on behalf of the accused, until advanced disclosure of all evidence is provided to the defendant by the CPS or the police. Lunacy comes to mind. The man said he could not make a plea and the judge did it for him. Why? What was his motivation? What could be the possible ramifications of his chosen actions upon Brian Haw? I certainly hope someone is not trying to make Circuit Judge off of the back of Brian Haw. Carrot and stick comes to mind.

Furthermore, it was agreed prior to court, behind closed doors, that no plea could be entered. Wat went wong? Are even the processes of law being abused? The CPS council and Brian’s solicitor, present behind closed doors, viewed Brian Haw’s statement before entering the courtroom - they received advanced disclosure. Good for the goose is not good for the gander in the kitchens of Bow Street Magistrate‘s Courts. Just what are they cooking up? The Judge received The Statement of Brian Haw by hand, by Brian’s solicitor, in courtroom Number 1, in public view, make no mistake please - I am a witness - I wrote his statement for him. His words, his knowledge and my keyboard.

If Brian is to be found guilty under the new SOCPA legislation, he could face up to one year in jail for his five year pursuit of peace, eviction and a hefty fine. To plead not guilty and be found guilty appears far worse that to confess ones guilt from the beginning. Wonderful childhood lessons I hope we have all learnt - all things being equal. It is curious how applications for anti-war protests, to be located at Parliament Square, are being continually rejected since the whips of Parliament determined to move Brian Haw on.

This is not the England my mother taught me about. Is this Roger Whittaker’s England? Is this your England? Do you recognize this country? I don’t, and I have lived here, for the most part, since 1991.

Things have not been changing for the better, Tony. Everything you have touched has turned to shite; education, healthcare, Iraq, Afghanistan, Lebanon and the law - shite.

Is this English justice?

A woman was arrested under the same SOCPA legislation for reading the names of the dead soldiers of this illegal war at a place of respect for them without government permission. Do we now require government permission to grieve? Just exactly what happened to the folks in Parliament Square when they held up blank placards without permission? Were they cautioned like myself, or arrested like others under which ridiculous section of what new and improved legislation attempting to erode away our civil rights? SOCPA? Not even a question mark folks?

Free speech is defined in the Oxford Dictionary as the right to express your opinions. Read it. Learn it. Live it. Love it. Speech is a gift from God and He intended to give it to everyone and some have had it taken away. Make no mistake yet again. Free speech is a gift that God gave me that no man in this land may wave his magic pen and write a law to deny my voice or the voice of others. We, as members of the humane race, must speak for those who have been deprived their voice, especially to incite peace on behalf of my Good Lord. I will sing out and rejoice as the Bible has taught me to do. Amen!

I am a Christian woman and Brian is my brother from another mother. We have brothers and sisters all over the world; Moslem sisters and Hindu brothers, Jewish mothers and Buddhist fathers. Recently, I was cautioned for singing Jesus Loves the Little Children, All things Bright and Beautiful, Always Look on the Bright Side of Life - Monty Python, the word “mercy” sang over the tune of Amazing Grace and You Are My Sunshine, outside Number 10 Downing Street on a Sunday evening. The policeman on the gate was a sweet heart. I think his mum must have sang him these songs too as he commented that he liked a certain hymn. He had a nice smile. It was all cool and copasetic - so why the charges?

Section 132 and 137 were first cited by two police officers after I demanded they tell me under which specific section of SOCPA I was being cautioned. They seemed to feel I had enough information in the knowledge of the Act and did not need to know under which specific section I was being cautioned; the fact that I was being cautioned under the Act alone was enough information for my small mind to handle.

Section 137 deals with the use of a megaphone. I had none and duly pointed out the lunacy of that charge. Are you starting to get the picture? This all happened in public view - I am certain that their camera’s caught the play.

I am told they are considering summonsing me to court as a serious organized criminal basically for practicing/singing hymns and a quirky English tune. (You cannot whip this woman into submission.) The very next day, I hear that Mr. Tony Blair is swearing his faith to the Roman Catholic Church when he steps down from Number 10 and desires to lead the UN? Not into the music anymore, Tony? Hypocrisy comes to mind.

What more can I say?

The British Law Society needs to be duly informed that grievous improprieties and abuse of processes occurred within the walls of the Bow Street Magistrates Courts, Room number 1 on the above noted date.

I would also assume that an immediate dismissal of said hearings would be appropriate - a mistrial. It is contemptible that Brian Haw is expected to negotiate the return of his personal confidential legal documents and personal property, such as clothes and two priceless Bibles, with the parties who, in my opinion, illegally took possession of said confidential property and should have never had touched his personal effects in the first place. For myself, that is like telling a woman who was been raped and mugged to “go sort it out” with her rapist - the safe amicable return of her handbag and virginity.

I don’t think the artist Mr. Banks is going to be very happy with the due care that was not paid to his gifted artwork valued at some £75,000 that was on the pavement for public display until 78 police officers were sent on a clandestine dawn raid of Parliament Square. Has this theft been reported and filed? Has a statement been taken from the victim of this crime? Were there any witnesses? Were these paintings evidence and exactly whose evidence were they?

The evidence Brian Haw displayed on the pavements of Parliament Square is that of genocide: noun deliberate extermination of a race of people.[from a Greek noun genos meaning ‘a race’ and a Latin verb caedere meaning ‘to kill’]

Uranium/plutonium tip weapons are raining down on the Iraqi women and their foreign invaders. Just as the men and women of Iraq are presently birthing Chernobyl babies due to radiation where there was no nuclear plant melt-down, the parents of Hiroshima cried out years before them.

I fear that same hell we be re-visited upon our returning troops - their sperm and eggs were not protected upon Iraqi soil. Will you believe when England begins to birth these mal-formed children from her own womb and hear the cries of the Iraqi women? Oops…You won’t see those babies on Westernised soil - we have abortion. The Iraqi women do not believe in abortion. They endure a naturally painful childbirth without modern pain relief to hold ‘what’ in their arms and show ‘who’ to their families. They believe every child is a gift from God, as is right and proper.

Due to what can only be described as barbaric sanctions and the virtual destruction of a country through perpetual warfare back to the standards of the Stone Age, the cradle of civilization tracing from the Stone Age - Iraq - the Garden of Eden, the birth place of Abraham, is being systematically finished off. Nice going George and Tony! And you call yourselves Christians?

The first gulf war was only the beginning. This time, the troops have been sent in to finish off the job which will be at their own peril. Did Hitler not think to kill off a breed of people? Did the English not seek to breed out the Scots, at one point in time, unless I am mistaken? Did the Bruce not commit treason against his fellow Scotsmen in Mel Gibson’s ‘Brave Heart’ when he allowed the arrows to drop on his fellow Scotsman, while he plotted and colluded with Lords and Kings of other lands? My 13 year old son explained that little interesting point.

Is this treason I am witnessing? Does the English nation support these actions?

At the very least, an appeal on behalf of Brian Haw should have been immediately lodged. The amount of monies wasted harassing and bullying this warrior of peace is yet to be discussed in the House of Lords.

Is this English justice?

Please read the statement of Brian Haw and dare to question his written truth - a mere 730 words of your precious time. Ask yourself whether his heart speaks for the hope of peace for all nations or whether he is the heartless God Father of all serious organized criminals, as proposed under England’s daft new serious organized crime laws. Does he deserve a jail sentence for his plea? For the love of Christ, the man is proposing peace to the world and asking the bullies of this world to look at what they are doing and stop attacking and killing the children. The man is proposing love, peace and justice for all!

Some folks appear to be more interested in arresting free speech than educating terrorists into the understanding that terrorizing any race or segment of society is never a good idea.

Genocidal or Great Britain?


Five years ago, I was sent to Parliament Square with a message of Love, Peace and Justice for all. I have been a silent witness; displaying; and crying out in the face of our beastly government twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, ever since.

I came, having seen what our administration as junior pax-partner, was doing with the United States of Assassins to the people of Iraq. Starkly, it is called, ‘bomb, burn, bugger, and beggar your neighbour’. It is what our two countries have done as our second best to the nations of the world for centuries.

In the process of looting their material resources, we’ve committed genocide time and again. The best excuse we use is “Other countries do this too” - genocide against human beings who we regard as lesser than ourselves; ‘unter-menschen’, as the Nazi’s regarded the Jewish and other groups of peoples. It is so ugly, we also prefer not to look at it. As the Germans did though, we must, in order to learn and redress the perpetuating crimes of history. We’re in Iraq and Afghanistan today because we did not learn from our past mistakes.

My father, Robert William Haw, was a sniper in the British Army; one of the first saviours of the Bergen-Belsen survivors. He gassed himself twenty years later. I was in Belfast, Ireland in 1971 and in Cambodia in 1990. With all the others since, for me, Iraq was a ‘Genocide too Far’.

My ex-wife, children and family are beyond price to me. Your children, you, have the same value, no matter where you live, your race, and your religion, whatever. Fifty-seven years of life, five years here - what I have to tell! Immediately though, so many lives are at stake. The sands of time are running out at express speed for our fellow human beings as I write; as we live our relatively comfy, enjoyable, oblivious lives. We are each responsible.

My previous statement of May 30, 2006 was for my eleventh court case for peace and justice - other cases up to the House of Lords will follow.

Genocidal or Great Britain? Our choice folks. To encourage, I’ve been so blessed to meet so many truly Great Britons, and glorious people of all race, especially Americans, in my time here. We have the resources between us to make this world a far better place for our children, their children. Let’s stand up for good now, Amen! Let’s not sit down again until this horrible nightmare for our human family is over.

I submit that my actions were justified on three grounds:

1/ That I was attempting to prevent serious crimes from taking place within Parliament and government offices in Westminster, and to effect the arrest of the offenders, which is a legitimate activity under Section 3 of the Criminal Law Act 1967

2/ That I was pursuing my legal duty in international law under The Judgement of the Nuremberg war Crimes Tribunal and the Nuremberg Principles to disobey the orders of the UK government to prevent it from waging a war of aggression against the people of Iraq.

3/ That my action was one of necessity and that I was acting under duress of circumstances to prevent a greater evil – the mass murder of tens of thousands of totally innocent Iraqis, the deaths of British servicemen and women.


1.0 The Prevention of Crime and Arrest of Offenders


1.1 Section 3 of the Criminal Law Act 1967 states:

“A person may use such force as is reasonable in the circumstances in the prevention of crime, or in effecting or assisting in the lawful arrest of offenders or suspected offenders or of persons unlawfully at large.”

1.2 I submit that the force that I used in keeping the peace and carrying out my duty as a citizen was entirely reasonable. By handing out leaflets requesting police to arrest the Prime Minister and others, by using a megaphone to inform MPs, Peers, the police and the public of the crimes taking place within the vicinity, by resisting the seizure of the megaphone by the police, by demanding that the police arrest the offenders, halt the crimes taking place and prevent the crimes that were still to take place, I was carrying out my duties as a citizen and behaving in a lawful and reasonable manner.

1.3 The 11 crimes taking place in the palace of Westminster that I was attempting to prevent are:
a crime against peace,
(i) conspiracy to commit a crime against peace,
(ii) genocide,
(iii) a crime against humanity,
(iv) war crimes,
(v) conduct ancillary to genocide,
(vi) conduct ancillary to a crime against humanity,
(vii) conduct ancillary to war crimes,
(viii) murder,
(ix) conspiracy to murder and
(x) incitement to murder.

A crime against peace is an international crime under Principle 6 of the Nuremberg Principles, and the other crimes (ii) – (xi) are criminal offences under the law of England and Wales, and as such qualify as crimes for the purposes of section 3 of the Criminal Law Act.

1.4 There is extensive evidence in the public domain of these 11 crimes taking place within the Palace of Westminster. Initially, I will produce evidence of genocide and conduct ancillary to genocide, both of which are criminal offences under section 51 and 52 of the International Criminal Court Act 2001. Should the court consider this evidence inadequate to prove my defence, I reserve the right to introduce further evidence for each of the other eight listed crimes.

1.5 The leaflets and poster introduced into evidence summarise the purpose and object of my actions in Parliament Square and focus in particular on the crime of genocide. I will show that the crimes of genocide and conduct ancillary to genocide of the people of Iraq have been, and continue to be, committed by the Prime Minister, Cabinet Ministers and others.

1.6 I assert that I was attempting to prevent the crimes of ‘genocide’ and ‘conduct ancillary to genocide’ which were taking place, and are continuing to take place in the Palace of Westminster, and as such under section 3 of the Criminal Law Act 1967 I have a valid defence in law and therefore there is no case to answer.



2.0 The international duty to disobey Government

2.1 The second of the three grounds for defence is my submission that I was pursuing my duty in international law under The Judgement of the Nuremberg War Crimes Tribunal and the Nuremberg Principles to disobey the orders of the UK government to prevent it from waging an illegal war of aggression against the people and State of Iraq.

2.2 I assert that in commanding the armed invasion and occupation of Iraq in March 2003, the Prime Minister, members of the Cabinet, 412 MPs, Peers, officers in command of HM armed forces and others committed crimes against peace, war crimes and crimes against humanity as they are defined under Principle VI of the Nuremberg Principles.

2.3 I submit that every citizen of Britain who condones supports or assists the British Government in waging illegal war against the people of Iraq is complicit in these crimes and as such commits a crime under Principle VII of the Nuremberg Principles.

2.4 I submit that I was in Parliament Square pursuing my duty in international law as described in the Nuremberg judgement to ‘transcend the national obligations of obedience imposed by the individual state’. I submit that it is the duty of every British citizen to refuse the illegitimate orders, commands, laws and regulations of the United Kingdom Government on the grounds that these laws and regulations are unlawful and designed to silence legitimate protest against the British Government’s violations of international law and crimes against the people and state of Iraq. I submit therefore that my actions in Parliament Square were entirely lawful in international law and that I have no case to answer.



3.0 Duress of Circumstance

3.1 Lastly I submit that I was acting under duress of circumstance to prevent a greater evil – the mass murder of tens of thousands of totally innocent Iraqis and the deaths of British servicemen and women, and that any citizen, knowing the laws against war and the horrific implications of undertaking an armed invasion and occupation of a member state of the UN, would do the same.

3.2 I was compelled to act as I did because I feared that unless the Prime Minister and other members of the British Government were stopped from continuing the illegal armed occupation of Iraq, many more innocent men, women and children would be killed and seriously injured.

3.3 The facts indicate that at least 1000 Iraqis are being killed every month and that 10 British servicemen and women were killed in May 2006. Every one of these deaths is illegal and a crime in both domestic and international law.



Summary

I submit that my actions were justified in law on the grounds that:

(1) I was attempting to prevent serious crimes from taking place in the Houses of Parliament and adjacent government buildings, and attempting to effect the lawful arrest of the Prime Minister and others for serious criminal offences under domestic and international law.
(2) I was pursuing my legal duty under The Judgement of the Nuremberg War Crimes Tribunal and the Nuremberg Principles to disobey the orders of the UK government and prevent it from waging a war of aggression against the people of Iraq.
(3) That my action was one of necessity and that I was acting under duress of circumstances to prevent a greater evil – the mass murder of tens of thousands of totally innocent Iraqis, the deaths of British servicemen and women.

Finally I ask the court to order the Metropolitan Police to investigate the 11 crimes taking place in violation of domestic and international war law in the Palace of Westminster and other Government departments, and in co-operation with the Crown Prosecution Service, initiate criminal proceedings against all the prominent offenders.

Evidence of genocide


1/ I assert that members of HM armed forces committed genocide against the Iraqi people, which conduct constitutes a serious crime in domestic criminal law under sections 51 and 52 of The International Criminal Court Act 2001.

Facts

Prior to September 2002 the Prime Minister of Great Britain decided to form a Coalition with the United States of America to greatly increase the number and ferocity of armed attacks against the State of Iraq with the intention of removing the regime of Saddam Hussein and destroying Iraq’s Weapons of Mass Destruction. Subsequently members of HM Government gave orders for increased numbers of HM armed forces to be deployed to the Middle East in readiness for a full-scale armed invasion of Iraq. The invasion and occupation of Iraq commenced on March 20th 2003 and reliable sources indicate that to date at least 25,000 and possibly 100,000 Iraqi men, women and children have been killed as a result of the actions of Coalition forces.


Contention

I contend that the conduct of HM armed forces in joining a Coalition of States and using high explosive weapons against targets in Iraq, and are thereby jointly and severally responsible for killing at least 25,000 Iraqi citizens. This act constitutes a crime of genocide in the law of England and Wales under section 51 of the International Criminal Court Act 2001.

The Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court

In July 2002 Australia became the sixtieth State to ratify the 1998 Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court and as a result the world’s first international criminal law came into effect. The Rome Statute introduced the universal criminal offences of ‘genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes’, and set up a permanent international criminal court in The Hague with jurisdiction over these crimes.

The international Criminal Court Act 2001

By enacting the International Criminal Court Act 2001 (ICCA), Parliament ratified this international treaty, introduced the criminal offences of ‘genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and conduct ancillary to such crimes’ into UK domestic criminal law, and at the same time ceded ultimate jurisdiction over these crimes to the International Criminal Court in The Hague. The following are relevant extracts from the ICCA:


OFFENCES UNDER DOMESTIC LAW

50 (1) In this part
“genocide” means an act of genocide as defined in Article 6,

ARTICLE 6
Genocide

For the purpose of this Statute, “genocide” means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part a national, ethnic, racial or religious group, as such (a) killing members of the group; (b) causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group; (c) deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part…”

51 Genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes

It is an offence against the law of England and Wales for a person to commit genocide, a crime against humanity or a war crime.

This section applies to acts committed –
(a) in England or Wales, or
(b) outside the United Kingdom by a United Kingdom national, a United Kingdom resident or a person subject to UK service jurisdiction.

By using high-explosive, indiscriminate weapons such as cruise missiles, rockets, cluster bombs, depleted uranium tipped artillery shells, and mortars against targets in Iraq, American and British armed forces knowingly and deliberately caused the deaths of at least 25,000 Iraqi men, women and children.

66 Mental element
(3) For this purpose
(a) a person has intent –
(i) in relation to conduct, where he means to engage in the conduct, and
(ii) in relation to a consequence, where he means to cause the consequence or is aware that it will occur in the ordinary course of events; and
(b) “knowledge” means awareness that a circumstance exists or a consequence will occur in the ordinary course of events.

I contend that these killings were carried out with intent to destroy members of the Iraqi national group. The grounds for describing these deaths as intentional as defined in Article 66.3(a) of the Act, are that officers of HM forces, gave orders to fire such weapons, knowing that by the nature of their design and purpose that the explosive power of these weapons when detonated or hitting the target would result in the deaths of individuals within the vicinity of the explosion; and that this awareness of the mortal consequences of their actions on Iraqi citizens constituted “intent to destroy members of a national group” and as such is a crime of genocide.
Articles 50.(2) and 50.(3) which state :
50 (2) In interpreting and applying the provisions of those articles the court shall take into account
(a) any relevant Elements of Crimes adopted in accordance with article 9
(3) The secretary of State shall set out in regulations the text of the Elements of Crimes referred to in subsection (2) as amended from time to time
The regulations shall be made by statutory instrument which shall be laid before Parliament after being made.
The relevant Elements of Crimes were adopted in accordance with Article 9 of the Rome Statute on the 4th May 2004 when the Secretary of State issued Statutory Instrument 2004 No 1080. The International Criminal Court Act 2001 (Elements of Crimes) Regulations. The relevant section states:

Genocide by killing
Elements
The perpetrator killed [4] one or more persons.
Such person or persons belonged to a particular national, ethnic, racial or religious group.
The perpetrator intended to destroy, in whole or in part, that national, ethnic, racial or religious group, as such.
The conduct took place in the context of a manifest pattern of similar conduct directed against that group or was conduct that could itself effect such destruction.
Notes [4] The term killed is interchangeable with the term “caused death”

I contend that the intentional killing of Iraqi citizens, members of a national group, by means of high explosive weapons took place on thousands of occasions since March 20th 2003, and that such conduct taking place in the context of the armed invasion and occupation of Iraq ordered by members of the British and American Governments created a manifest pattern of similar conduct across wide areas of Iraq and as such (Element 4) constitutes genocide by killing.

2/ I assert that the Prime Minister, Tony Blair, the Foreign Secretary, Jack Straw, the defence Secretary, Geoff Hoon, members of the cabinet and other members of HM Government engaged in genocide and conduct ancillary to genocide against the Iraqi people, which conduct constitutes serious crimes in English law under sections 51 and 52 of The International Criminal Court Act 2001 (ICCA), and in international criminal law under Article 25 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.


Facts

Analysis of Governmental affairs shows that The Prime Minister decided in 2002 to form a Coalition with the Government of the United States of America to undertake the invasion and occupation of Iraq. In a vote in Parliament on March 18th 2003 412 Members of Parliament voted in favour of war knowing that armed attacks by Coalition forces using high-explosive weapons would result in the death and injury of Iraqi citizens.
Evidence

Evidence of foreknowledge that the outcome of their decision would result in the deaths of innocent Iraqi civilians is contained in the final two paragraphs of the speech by Jack Straw in closing the debate in Parliament on March 18th 2003 (Hansard Vol 401 No.65 Page 902).

“But as elected Members of Parliament, we all know that we will be judged not only on our intentions, but on the results, the consequences of our decisions… Yes of course there will be consequences if the House approves the Government’s motion. Our forces will almost certainly be involved in military action. Some may be killed; so too, will innocent Iraqi civilians... I urge the House to vote with the Government tonight.”

Contentions

I contend that the conduct of Tony Blair (Prime Minister), Jack Straw (Foreign Secretary), members of the Cabinet, the Attorney General, 412 Members of Parliament and others, in preparing for and planning the invasion and occupation of Iraq, and subsequently commanding HM armed forces to attack targets in Iraq, constitutes the crimes of genocide and conduct ancillary to genocide under sections 51 and 52 of the International Criminal Court Act 2001.

52 Conduct ancillary to genocide, etc. committed outside jurisdiction

It is an offence against the law of England and Wales for a person to engage in conduct ancillary to an act to which this section applies.

This section applies to an act that if committed in England or Wales would constitute -
(a) an offence under section 51 (genocide, crime against humanity or war crime), or
(b) an offence under this section, but which, being committed (or intended to be committed) outside England and Wales, does not constitute such an offence.

Ancillary conduct is defined in ICCA section 55

55. Meaning of “ancillary offence”

(1) References in this Part to an ancillary offence under the law of England and Wales are to -
(a) aiding, abetting, counselling or procuring the commission of an offence,
(b) inciting a person to commit an offence,
(c) attempting or conspiring to commit an offence, or
(d) assisting an offender or concealing the commission of an offence.

(2) In subsection (1)(a) the reference to aiding, abetting, counselling or procuring is to conduct that in relation to an indictable offence would be punishable under section 8 of the Accessories and Abettors Act 1861

Section 8 of The Accessories and Abettors Act 1861 states :


8. Abettors in misdemeanours

Whosoever shall aid, abet, counsel or procure the commission of any indictable offence, whether the same be an offence at common law or by virtue of any Act passed or to be passed, shall be liable to be tried, indicted, and punished as a principal offender.

I assert that by making public and private statements in support of an attack on Iraq, by voting in Parliament in favour of armed action, by agreeing in Cabinet to the policy, by signing or giving orders to others to conduct armed attacks against Iraq, by providing assistance with the invasion and occupation of Iraq in the knowledge that innocent men, women and children would be killed, the Prime Minister, members of the Cabinet, the Attorney General, 412 Members of Parliament, and others did aid, abet, counsel and procure the commission of genocide against the Iraqi people and as accessories to genocide are liable to be tried, indicted and punished as principal offenders for the crime under ICCA s. 51 and 52.


International Criminal Law


3/ I contend that the conduct of The Prime Minister, members of the Cabinet, the Attorney General, 414 Members of Parliament and others in commanding, HM armed forces to join a Coalition of states to attack Iraq in the knowledge that its citizens would be killed, constitutes a crime of genocide under Articles 6 and 25 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (RSICC) rendering the offenders criminally responsible and liable for punishment for such a crime within the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court.

Article 25
Individual criminal responsibility

In accordance with this Statute, a person shall be criminally responsible and liable for punishment for a crime within the jurisdiction of the Court if that person:

(a) Commits such a crime, whether as an individual, jointly with another or through another person, regardless of whether that other person is criminally responsible;
(b) Orders, solicits or induces the commission of such a crime which in fact occurs or is attempted;
(c) For the purpose of facilitating the commission of such a crime, aids, abets or otherwise assists in its commission or its attempted commission, including providing the means for its commission;
(d) In any other way contributes to the commission or attempted commission of such a crime by a group of persons acting with a common purpose. Such contribution shall be intentional and shall either:
(i) Be made with the aim of furthering the criminal activity or criminal purpose of the group, where such activity or purpose involves the commission of a crime within the jurisdiction of the Court; or
(ii) Be made in the knowledge of the intention of the group to commit the crime;

I assert that the actions of HM armed forces in using indiscriminate weapons such as cruise missiles, rockets, cluster bombs and depleted uranium shells against targets in built up areas in Iraq, in the knowledge that such attacks would kill Iraqi men, women and children constitutes genocide as defined in Articles 6 and 25.3(a) of the RSICC and as such renders the aforementioned leaders and commanders criminally responsible for ordering, soliciting and inducing such a crime, which itself is a crime under RSICC Article 25.3(b).

I draw the court’s attention to RSICC Articles 27 and 28 which place responsibility for the crime of genocide with those leaders and commanders responsible for its commission and negate the claims that the royal prerogative or parliamentary privilege take priority.

Article 27
Irrelevance of official capacity

This Statute shall apply equally to all persons without any distinction based on official capacity. In particular, official capacity as a Head of State or Government, a member of a Government or parliament, an elected representative or a government official shall in no case exempt a person from criminal responsibility under this Statute, nor shall it, in and of itself, constitute a ground for reduction of sentence.
Immunities or special procedural rules which may attach to the official capacity of a person, whether under national or international law, shall not bar the Court from exercising its jurisdiction over such a person.

Article 28
Responsibility of commanders and other superiors

In addition to other grounds of criminal responsibility under this Statute for crimes within the jurisdiction of the Court :

(a) A military commander or person effectively acting as a military commander shall be criminally responsible for crimes within the jurisdiction of the Court committed by forces under his or her effective command and control, or effective authority and control as the case may be, as a result of his or her failure to exercise control properly over such forces, where :

That military commander or person either knew or, owing to the circumstances at the time, should have known that the forces were committing or were about to commit such crimes; and
(ii) That military commander or person failed to take all necessary and reasonable measures within his or her power to prevent or repress their commission or to submit the matter to the competent authorities for investigation and prosecution.

The Nuremberg Law
[The duty to refuse to take part in or assist the state in waging illegal war]

1. I submit that every human being has a duty in international law under the Nuremberg Principles to refuse the orders, commands and laws of the State where that State is in violation of the laws against war.

2. As the world’s first major war crimes trial, the Nuremberg Tribunal provided the principles and tenets that now form the basis of customary international war law. In 1946 Germany’s leaders were convicted of crimes against peace and humanity for waging wars of aggression against eleven nation states in violation of the Kellogg-Briand Pact. The judgement highlighted the principles governing conflict between nations, and highlighted the responsibilities of individuals in preventing war.

“After the signing of the Pact, any nation resorting to war as an instrument of national policy breaks the Pact. In the opinion of the Tribunal, the solemn renunciation of war as an instrument of national policy necessarily involves the proposition that such war is illegal in international law; and that those who plan and wage such a war with its inevitable and terrible consequences are committing a crime in so doing...

It was submitted that international law is concerned with the action of sovereign states, and provides no punishment for individuals; and further, that where the act in question is an act of state, those who carry it out are not personally responsible, but are protected by the doctrine of the sovereignty of the State. In the opinion of the Tribunal, both these submissions must be rejected. That international law imposes duties and liabilities upon individuals as well as upon States has long been recognised…
The very essence of the [Nuremberg] Charter is that individuals have international duties which transcend the national obligations of obedience imposed by the individual State. He who violates the laws of war cannot obtain immunity while acting in pursuance of the authority of the State, if the State in authorising action moves outside its competence under international law…
That a soldier was ordered to kill or torture in violation of the international law of war has never been recognised as a defence to such acts of brutality, though, as the Charter here provides, the order may be urged in mitigation of the punishment. The true test, which is found in varying degrees in the criminal law of most nations, is not the existence of the order, but whether moral choice was in fact possible…

3. The Nuremberg and Tokyo War Crimes Trials were the first occasions in modern history when political leaders were held to account for their crimes in court. The essence of the trials was that individual political, civil and military leaders and officials could not shelter behind their duty to the state, when the state was in breach of international law. As both Germany and Japan had ratified the Kellogg-Briand Pact, their leaders, by breaching the Pact, had committed serious crimes for which they were personally responsible and for which they were convicted and punished.


4. The reason why the Nuremberg trials are important is that they provide the first example of the rule of international war law in action and the judgment gave a lucid account of the laws against war and the principles which underpin relations between states. The International Law Commission then used the Nuremberg judgment as the basis for the statutory laws against war agreed by the UN General Assembly which were entitled the Nuremberg Principles in recognition of their source.

5. The single most important legal development derived from the Nuremberg judgment is the focus on the responsibility of the individual in matters of international warfare. Those responsible for waging war are to be held to account in court. Up to that moment national leaders such as Kaiser Wilhelm or Napoleon Bonaparte who were responsible for waging wars causing the deaths of millions had escaped the ultimate penalty for their crimes. Furthermore, the Nuremberg judgement made it clear that it was not only Heads of State that could be indicted, but all those individuals who together were responsible for planning, supporting, condoning, funding or taking part in aggressive war.

6. The Nuremberg Principles became international statute criminal law when they were adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in 1950. As these seven principles are the world’s primary international laws against war, it is the duty of every citizen of Member States of the United Nations to uphold and abide by these laws.

I. Any person who commits an act which constitutes a crime under international law is responsible therefore and liable to punishment.

II. The fact that internal law does not impose a penalty for an act which constitutes a crime under international law does not relieve the person who committed the act from responsibility under international law.

III. The fact that a person who committed an act which constitutes a crime under international law acted as Head of State or responsible Government official does not relieve him from responsibility under international law.

IV. The fact that a person acted pursuant to order of his Government or of a superior does not relieve him from responsibility under international law, provided a moral choice was in fact possible to him.

V. Any person charged with a crime under international law has the right to a fair trial on the facts and law.

VI. The crimes hereinafter set out are punishable as crimes under international law:

(a) Crimes against peace:
(i) Planning, preparation, initiation or waging of a war of aggression or a war in violation of international treaties, agreements or assurances;
(ii) Participation in a common plan or conspiracy for the accomplishment of any of the acts mentioned under (i).
(b) War crimes: Violations of the laws or customs of war which include, but are not limited to, murder, ill-treatment or deportation to slave-labor or for any other purpose of civilian population of or in occupied territory, murder or ill treatment of prisoners of war, of persons on the seas, killing of hostages, plunder of public or private property, wanton destruction of cities, towns, or villages, or devastation not justified by military necessity.
(c) Crimes against humanity: Murder, extermination, enslavement, deportation and other inhuman acts done against any civilian population, or persecutions on political, racial or religious grounds, when such acts are done or such persecutions are carried on in execution of or in connection with any crime against peace or any war crime.

VII. Complicity in the commission of a crime against peace, a war crime, or a crime against humanity as set forth in Principle VI is a crime under international law.

7. I assert that in commanding the armed invasion and occupation of Iraq in March 2003, the Prime Minister, members of the Cabinet, 412 MPs, Peers, officers in command of HM armed forces and others committed crimes against peace, war crimes and crimes against humanity as they are defined under Principle VI of the Nuremberg Principles.

8. I submit that every citizen of Britain who condones supports or assists the British Government in waging the illegal war against the people of Iraq is complicit in these crimes and as such commits a crime under Principle VII of the Nuremberg Principles.

9. I submit that I was in Parliament Square pursuing my duty in international law under the Nuremberg Principles refusing the illegitimate orders, commands, laws and regulations of the United Kingdom Government on the grounds that these laws and regulations are unlawful and designed to silence legitimate protest against the British Government’s violations of international law and crimes against the people and state of Iraq.

1. JUSTICE is an all-party organisation, largely of lawyers, dedicated to advancing justice, human rights and the rule of law. We are also the British section of the International Commission of Jurists.

2. This briefing concerns the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Designated Area) Order 2005. JUSTICE produced briefings for both Houses of Parliament on the Serious Organised Crime and Police Bill, which became the Act enabling this Order. JUSTICE also drafted suggested amendments to the Bill for Committee stage in the House of Lords.

3. When briefing the House of Lords on the Bill we expressed grave concerns about the clauses that became sections 132-137 of the Act, because we believed that they imposed ‘severe restrictions on peaceful protest’. In relation to the clause that became section 138, under which this Order is made, we said: We are extremely concerned by the extent of the designated area. We believe that if these provisions are retained the area should be designated by Parliament, rather than by granting a discretion to the Home Secretary. We believe that the maximum radius proposed is greatly excessive; a protest one kilometre from Parliament would not be heard or seen from Parliament Square. The area proposed would encompass Trafalgar Square, a traditional and important focal point for protests. It would also cover parts of Millbank, Whitehall, parts of St. James’s park and stretch across the Thames onto the south bank. Much of the area does not contain parliamentary or government buildings. We believe that there is no legitimate reason for extending the area in this way.

4. We have similar concerns about the area proposed under the Order. Freedom of expression and assembly, protected under Articles 10 and 11 of the European Convention respectively, will be seriously restricted in the ‘designated area’. The European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) has repeatedly emphasised that freedom of expression constitutes an essential foundation of democratic society and one of the basic conditions for its progress and for each individual’s self-fulfilment1.
The Commission has also said that freedom of assembly is a fundamental right in a democracy and…is one of the foundations of such a society.2

5. Interferences with the rights to expression and assembly must be proportionate and in pursuit of a legitimate aim, such as the prevention of disorder or crime. They must also be ‘prescribed by law’, which includes the requirement that the measures should be accompanied by adequate and effective safeguards to protect against arbitrary interferences with Convention rights.

6. While the effect of the Act is not altogether to prevent protest in the ‘designated area’, sections 132-137 impose severe restrictions upon it. Protest there, even by a single, stationary and silent demonstrator, is an imprisonable offence unless six days’ notice (or, if this is not practicable, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice), including notice of the duration of the protest, is given to the police. Spontaneous protest is forbidden, even if it is entirely peaceful and carried out in response to the swift pace of political events.

7. Secondly, the Commissioner’s power to impose conditions on demonstrations on receipt of a notice is very broadly drawn. A protest planned to take place in Parliament Square can be moved to another location entirely. An all-night vigil in memory of a political prisoner can be curtailed to twenty minutes and moved into the obscurity of a side-road. A group who want to form a large assembly to demonstrate the breadth of opposition to an unpopular policy can be told that only five of them can attend. A person who wants to protest about a controversial Bill during its Commons debate can be told that they can only demonstrate once the debate has concluded. Such restrictions go to the very substance of the rights under Articles 10 and 11.

8. The Commissioner must reasonably believe the conditions he imposes to be necessary on listed grounds. However, these grounds include ‘disruption to the life of 1 Steel and others v. UK, 23 September 1998, para. 101. the community’. It is clear that any large demonstration is likely to cause some disruption; notably, the Convention protects peaceful assemblies even if they are disruptive.3 Further, the requirement of ‘reasonable belief’ sets a low standard, particularly since the Commissioner’s decision will usually be reviewed ex post facto when the substance of the right (e.g. to protest against a particular Bill) may have been permanently removed due to the passage of time.

9. Section 137 of the Act also criminalizes the use of loudspeakers by protestors in the designated area. As well as making it difficult to co-ordinate songs and chants by demonstrators, we believe that the section may make it difficult for organisers to marshal demonstrators effectively and keep them in the appropriate areas – which could cause added disruption and danger.

10. In addition to their direct effects, these sections may have a general ‘chilling effect’ on protests within the designated area and around it, since potential demonstrators may be deterred by hearing of criminal offences connected with demonstrations in central London, or of the arrest of other demonstrators.

11. For these reasons, the area should be drawn as narrowly as possible to fulfil its stated purposes. It should not allow arbitrary restrictions on protest to take place. It should be recalled, in this context, that the police already have extensive powers of stop and search, for example under section 44 Terrorism Act 2000, as well as powers to remove demonstrators who are unlawfully obstructing the highway.

12. The stated purposes of the Act are connected with Parliament. The relevant part of the Act is headed ‘[d]emonstrations in the vicinity of Parliament.’ In promoting the legislation, the Government has referred to the Palace of Westminster and other Parliamentary buildings and their surrounding areas as being its object. At House of Commons Second Reading, the then Home Secretary said of the precursor provisions to sections 132-138 that:
[they] follow recommendations by the Procedure Committee…It is important for people, including protestors, to be able to go about their business, and for people coming to our capital city to be able to enjoy the environment surrounding the Palace of Westminster. Switzerland (1979) 17 DR 93, 119, E Comm HR. that we should have to pass a law for the purpose, but that is what happens when people make a monkey of the existing law.4

13. At Commons Committee stage, Caroline Flint MP, then a Home Office minister, said
We intend to lay an order with a precise area to be covered, and we intend to consult the Metropolitan police. It will cover the area where the demonstrations will disrupt the work of Parliament and hinder access to the House. Parliament could mean Millbank, 1 Parliament Street or Norman Shaw. We have to map out the buildings of Parliament that would be affected. Unfortunately 1km [radius] may be excessive, but 100m or 250m might not incorporate some of those other buildings.5

14. The ostensible purpose of the law is therefore to prevent disruption to the work of Parliament and access to the House, and to assuage security concerns. However, the zone defined in paragraph 1 of the Order extends far beyond Parliament. It has clearly been designed to extend around the government buildings in Whitehall such as the Ministry of Defence and HM Treasury. It also extends across the Thames and onto the South Bank into an area that is not populated by parliamentary or even government buildings but includes instead Lambeth Palace, St Thomas’s hospital, and County Hall.

15. One effect of this legislation will therefore be to impose severe curbs upon protest outside many key Government ministries. The Government is, to a large extent, insulating itself from the sight or hearing of peaceful demonstrations through this Order.

16. Further, the area goes beyond that required to fulfil the stated purposes of the legislation. Security concerns may be no higher on the parts of the South Bank included than they would be in many other parts of central London. The workings of Parliament and access to it will not, we believe, be disturbed by an assembly outside Lambeth Palace, be it ever so large, in the light of existing powers both to regulate processions under the Public Order Act 1986 and to deal with obstructions of the highway.

17. The effect of the Order as currently drafted is therefore both disproportionately to restrict the freedoms of expression and assembly and to allow arbitrary interferences with those rights. Although we oppose the relevant sections of the Act, we recommend that, if the Order is enacted, it be amended so as to confine its application to Parliamentary buildings and their environs. We hope that the harmful effects of the legislation will thereby be minimised.

2nd epistle to the Anglicans
All God’s children, small and great


On the 2nd day June, 2001, I was sent To Parliament Square, London, with a message very familiar to you. I’ve been here 24/7, on the hard pavement, out in all weathers, ever since - apart from unavoidable stays in hospital; police cells; umpteen court appearances; and two flying visits to Wales and Birmingham.

I’m delighted to finally be able to share with my dear Anglican family some of ‘The Life of Another Brian’ - the last epic years here, and going back. For we are each where and what we are today because of all our yesterdays. Thus, as Martin Luther said, “Here I stand, I can do no other”, this is my experience in turn… you in your small corner and me in mine, indeed. Jesus bids us shine, Amen?

On the 5th anniversary of being here I wrote a short synopsis touching on who, what, why; the very kernel of the message I was given. I include it here. You’ll recognize, warmly receive aspects that are your very life - the love of God that passes all understanding. For other parts not so welcome or familiar, I respectfully ask, as in a book or a court, you bear patience and judgment until the ending. Love, your brother Brian.

Genocidal or Great Britain?

Well, that’s the general statement, for everyone, in particular us of Britain and America. Now back to Brian’s epistle to the Anglicans! It’s important to speak in familiar terms and language if we are to understand each other, isn’t it?

Reviewing, I’m surprised at my wide Anglican experience from best to worst. I’d love to relate further on this, as invited, in the future. For now, my very first word to the Anglicans was uttered under duress some 57 years ago. “Waaah!” Quite normal, possibly at the baptismal font, except my cry wasn’t just from the dousing, probably also a sly pinch off my sweet twin brother, Eric, with his beatific grin. He had the voice of an angel till sadly it broke on ‘growing up’. I hope I’m as entertaining, having the same ‘aaah!’ factor now I’m an old grizzly, not a grizzly babe.

I’ve been a voice in the wilderness, outside the gates of Parliament, crying out especially for the babies - “Love, Peace, Justice for All”! Should this cry go unheeded forever? Your, my, our tortured baby cries till it dies? Fathers, Mothers, Sisters, Brothers, cry aloud for the Love of sweet Jesus Christ! Am I my brother’s baby’s keeper? Yes! You bet your sweet life we AM. Like our brother Cain, the blood of the innocents will be required at our hands. Anglicans have a strong understanding of this, with apt words regarding - sins of commission and omission. We have a solemn duty to stay the hand, save, as Ezekiel says.

A cradle-roll. All babes, infants of the world in rainbow colours, holding hands in a circle; not a bad start is it? “Jesus died for all the children, all the children of the world; red and yellow, black and white, all are precious in his sight, Jesus died for all the children of the world.” - an early chorus learnt at Sunday school.

Fast-forward to sweet Jenny of New York, USA and a placard she gave me so earnestly, a few years back. It was a black background with a circle of sweet rainbow children of all countries - such photos, such beauty! In the centre were blood red letters - “Which One Shall We Kill First?” Check it out family, which nation’s priceless jewels, their children, have we not slaughtered? Shocked? So we should be. Jesus died for them; we slay them for filthy lucre. If war wasn’t most profitable for some, it would lose its appeal. If it were our most precious ones? Why… it Is!

That’s why I’m here. “It’s the kids - stupid”, an early banner said. You could have seen it here up to the 23rd of May, 2006. Now, the police, unasked, told not to, are ‘taking care of it’ - as burglars and thieves do; that and the rest of the 50 yards of humanity, Christianity, torture, genocide display/evidence that formed the ‘Westminster United Nations Heart Gallery’.

U.S. Senator Edward Kennedy’s son Jonathon said, “This is about Love, Brian”; sculptor Anthony Gormley was in awe of the art he saw here; Canon David Partridge called it a “remarkable twenty four hour Ministry of Peace” in his article, ‘Peace sniper, on the pavement with Mr., Mrs. God’.

For those who never had the chance to visit our display, who were misled by media with vested interest, it may come as a surprise to learn, something very Christian, beautiful, noble, loving, true, was systematically wantonly destroyed on this place where the people should express themselves. And did they just! Manifestations in 25-30 languages of the collective historical wisdom, hard gained, of the people, all God’s children, of the world. It is all recorded; the truth will out in time.

Presently, on the orders of Blair and Blair, the naughty pair, love, humanity, aspirations, hopes, light, life, truth - along with damning evidence of genocide, torture, graphic depiction of the reality, madness, futility of war - it’s all banged up in a box until good judges set it free. Hear, see, speak no truth - monkey business indeed! There is the law against genocide, the Human Rights Act. We are not serious organized criminals for following the command of Christ to love our neighbour as ourselves, to say “USA/UK stop your genocide now!”

The first Christmas I was here, Paul, a vicar from Leeds visited. He gave me quite a letter. “It’s Christmas and we’re killing each other, dropping bombs on our children.” It ended, “… someone somewhere has to do something to stop this madness.” Quite a challenge. What am I doing? What more can I do?

How I love this brother, and so many others all over, who share his loving wonderful spirit. What an incredible, glorious family we have, praise be to God! I’m asked to suggest ‘what can we do?’ for the readers of the Church Times. I wouldn’t presume or day to say any such thing! Teach my granny to suck eggs?

As Vicar Paul prompted me, all I’d say on this, to all the devout, caring, salt of the earth, backbone of our society - my beloved family in Christ: “Please carry on just as you are, more and more of the same. Until, by the Grace of God we receive salvation from on High. Not by might and power, but by ‘My Spirit’ says the Lord. Let’s each do our part.”

I’m asked to say something personally of my family. That’s quite a thing for me at this moment. I just took a phone call from a voice from the past. To hear Kay, how my heart responds to hear her speak. She tells me, as only she can, of my mother in hospital and we don’t know how long we have her with us. How I yearn to put my arms around Mum, after the yearning to do this to Kay firstly; in Kent and in another place out of my reach - it hurts to love too much, you know.

Prior to this, I’d have told you of the love that brought me here. Love for the One who created and redeemed us in such an incredible way. Love for my lady whose name was Kay Haw - ‘pure good’ - as western and Chinese folk tell me. I’d speak of Kay and my beloved eight children; that our love for these gifts of God entrusted to our care, tells me the value to place on my neighbours child.

I’d say of the pain, horror, indignation of learning how my sisters, brothers and their children are so cruelly treated by our and other countries - just because of accident of birth, and the material resources this God-forsaking world covets from my unfortunate kinsfolk’s countries. A diamond or a barrel of oil more precious than God’s child ‘fearfully and wonderfully made’? Abomination, away with this sacrilege!

Well, as days, months, years tick by - suffering, death toll mounts. As a world of children of all ages flows to me here like a river of tears. As our nation and all others pass by on the other side of the road. As weekends pass, I see others playing happy families visiting and seeing the sights. The children of the world are crying a river of tears? Who will dry their eyes or care?

Well, I get a teensy resentful - I think of my deprived, and other cruelly destroyed, families and would roar to the heavens. I want my Lady, my bairns, my kinfolk whose God given lives are valued at naught. I want Love Peace Justice for All. Do I want too much? My whole body suffers when I hammer my thumb by accident. Do I/we hurt as our body of Christ, of humanity, is hammered to destruction, abroad and at home?

Blessed are the Peacemakers - Love is the Answer - Let’s do it now, Amen?

Will I hold my beloved, my mother, my children before… will you hold us, will we hold the ones Christ suffered and died to save? All God’s children - Love Bless and keep them. Mercy and grace, peace, light, and healing joyful laughter be on us all now and forevermore. In the name of the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit.

My dear Mr. Oxford, speaking candidly and openly can get me arrested and has got me cautioned as a serious organised criminal while curiously, the noun free speech no longer appears in your most recent dictionary(?) and is barely exercised in English society since Tony the Toad tried to ‘grinch’ it through his ridiculous SOCPA legislation, specifically section 132-137, enacted by section 138; his feeble attempt to shield himself and his political cronies from public protest regarding his asinine actions in collusion with Bushy Boy from across the pond, amongst other well known war criminals and war mongers. What exactly is this secret something that Freemasons hold as a uniting bond? What is the secret that so many in positions of power share? Something is an unspecified or unknown thing - singular; a thing in common - an action, an activity, a secret, a concept or a thought. Is it an inanimate object that every mason owns? Highly unlikely.

Mr. Perry Mason, what is your ‘thang’? What unites y’all? What’s the secret to your ceremonies? ‘You can only but ask.’ - a very wise Irish woman taught me the importance of that phrase. It reminds me of the words to the song ‘Lean on me’. (I adore Bill Withers and his music.)

Does your secret have anything to do with the noun and God-given right of free speech being removed from p.564 of the Concise Tenth Edition of the Oxford Dictionary? Just a thought. Both definitions appeared on the same page in the reality of the Oxford dictionary of days gone by and the situation being in today’s present day modern reality is... the noun Freemasonry has gained a written definition while the noun and right of free speech has been removed/omitted/deleted from the exact same page, only to be replaced by an adjective that is not a right by definition. I am simply stating and questioning the obvious.

I do not accept the loss of the definition of the right of free speech from your dictionary, Mr. Oxford, nor from English society, Toady: ‘less speed, more haste.’ The same clever Irish woman taught me that one too. Are you paying attention Toady? Mr. Perry Mason, what is this instinctive sympathy or fellow feeling between masons?

Something intuitive; something you all have in common; based on a shared experience - a common way of thinking and acting. I don’t give up. What’s the ‘coo’ Mr. Perry Mason? I believe it involves some form of sympathy.

Personally, I have always loved the word empathy; in fact, greatly preferred it over its counterpart of sympathy. An old Navy sea dog taught me that ‘sympathy’ is in the dictionary “right where it belongs - between ‘shit’ and ‘syphilis’”. Instead of feeling sad for someone and looking down your nose while you do nothing, humanity should feel for and understand her fellow man - empathy - which should lead humanity into action; that’s what emotions are for.

The word emotion stems from the Latin verb motere: to move; motivate. Emotions are meant to lead the body into action(fight or flight response, mating), not apathy which is controlled through greed and fear - advertising and the news. Sympathy can drain you while empathy can empower you. Empathy is a noun meaning having the ability to empathize - a verb, an action.

empathize: v. understand and share the feelings of another

Understanding is always important in my mind. Sympathy can be an understanding between people or a common feeling and the primary definition of sympathy is feelings of sorrow for another’s misfortune. To sympathize is to feel or express sympathy which appears directly linked to misfortune whereas empathy is understanding and sharing the feelings of another without any directed link or specific ties to misfortune or feelings of sadness or sorrow. Sharing joy is amazing!

A common feeling of pity, a shared understanding based on shared experiences - eugenics keeps popping into my mind, for some odd reason; a Darwinian selection of the fittest complete with a modern day fight or flight response: today’s refugees fleeing their homeland and armed nationals, men and boys, defending and protecting their homes and families from foreign invaders; sometimes even daring to retaliate!

I spy with my little eye… the truth always comes to light. Considering the fact that eugenics was the predecessor to the Nazi train of thought, I find this rather kind definition of such an evil way of thinking - eugenics - highly offensive, personally. I will be writing my next paper on the pioneering of eugenics in Canada during the early 1900’s, before(?) the Nazi’s even existed, trust.

In reference to your column of Tuesday, July 11, 2006, I am gravely concerned with the bold headline at the top of the page, “ Time to round up the enemy within”. How very brave of you to be so forthright and honest in your assertions. I take my hat off to you. I love your strong penmanship regarding that idiots 'limp-wristed' mind.

As a mother of three, I am disgusted to read the upper left portion of your column.

“Attorney General Lord Goldsmith has proved the paedo's pal.”

I would express to yourself and your readers, the deep concern I have for Britain's children regarding the egregious crimes of a sexual violent nature being committed against the children of this great nation of England, by those abusing their positions of power, paid by our tax dollar.

I humbly implore you to request of your editor, a poll of your wide readership be taken as to whether the people of England feel it necessary to isolate the paedophiles from societies children permanently, once and for all.

I am grateful that there are fine English gentlemen such as yourself who are willing to speak out for our nations children. God bless you, kind sir.

N.B. It's all about priorities – jail a granny for council tax or isolate the 'nonses' permanently at a low, low cost? A deserted island for each sex of child molester is what I propose - no breeding rights. There are plenty of un-used islands just off our coast and I am certain that our fine British Navy, if called upon, would protect the children and prevent their escape.

Amber alert on Capitol Hill

Witness says abducted children--23 now dead--abused by 20-30 pedophile members of congress at child sex parties held at Embassy Row mansion where Secret Service-secured presidential limo was seen parked outside
Recently arrested photographer Russell E. "Rusty" Nelson--who according to U.S. District court testimony [2-5-1999] was impersonated by another photographer at Capitol Hill child sex parties during the Reagan and Bush presidencies, told us last week that in 1988 he refused Hunter Thompson’s offer of $100,000 to film a graphic child sex "snuff movie to be sold to wealthy private clients where a young boy would be murdered as a sacrifice."
"I’ve been homeless, in hiding and staying under the radar screen ever since," said Nelson.
Thompson reportedly committed suicide a few weeks ago on February 10, 2005--six days prior to Nelson’s February 16 arrest, when simultaneous search warrants were served to confiscate Nelson’s photographic equipment, computers, photos and "visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct involving a child," according to copies we obtained. Nelson said authorities were hoping to find evidence of child porn; but he claims to have never been involved. His next public hearing is May 4 in Lincoln.
Nelson enhanced his credibility in sworn testimony before Nebraska U.S. Senior District Judge Warren Urbom on February 5, 1999 [pp. 101-154] resulting in Urbom awarding attorney John DeCamp's client--pedophile victim Paul Bonacci, $1 million dollars in damages for sexual abuse in a case against convicted GOP activist Larry King , who sang the national anthem at the 1984 and 1988 Republican national conventions.
An employee at Lincoln’s DeCamp Legal Services told TomFlocco.com that the warrant’s actual violation date was September 1, 2003 [just prior to the 2004 presidential primary season], but it was not served until February 16, 2005--calling into question why authorities waited so long.
 
Questions can also be raised as to whether Hunter Thompson’s death and the James Guckert-Jeff Gannon White House reporter scandal resulted in having Nelson taken out of circulation to intimidate or threaten him while also using the opportunity to search for criminal evidence--the kind which would place sitting and retired members of congress in severe legal jeopardy.
The revelations came during an unexpected phone call from Nelson, 42, who also told TomFlocco.com he personally witnessed Secret Service agents arrive at King’s Embassy Row mansion in Washington to set up security two days prior to a private child sex party attended by senators and congressmen he declined to name. The party was held immediately after a public political reception in October, 1988--just prior to the Bush-Dukakis presidential election.
Presidential limousine
On the night of the two parties, Nelson said he saw a limousine arrive for the second party--attended by young children. He was told that it was the presidential limo, adding that he saw "several Secret Service agents guarding the vehicle from the time it arrived at 9-10 pm until it pulled away from King’s home after midnight."
In addition to children, the mostly male "after-party" was attended by members of congress and other businessmen according to Nelson, who declined to tell us when we asked if President Reagan or Vice President Bush had arrived in the limo, saying "I will only tell which one it was, or the names of senators and congressmen in a courtroom."
When we asked during a second phone interview whether there was concrete evidence to corroborate his allegations, Nelson said "there are many photographs showing members of congress in fairly explicit--but not pornographic--poses with children."
"The one impersonating me at the sex parties--a guy named Nick--took the hardcore porn photos of children and politicians together for blackmail purposes, to control their votes in Congress and stuff," said the photographer.
Nelson said "I found out from my sources that about 23 children who attended those parties are now dead; and the politicians would really have a lot of explaining to do if the pictures ever got out--especially to their parents; but they won’t unless something happens to me."
When we asked Nelson whether he would ever offer sworn testimony and take a polygraph test to legally certify his more specific but explosive claims, the photographer said, "In a heartbeat; but no judge, grand jury or congressmen ever asked me about this stuff. And there are many grown kids out there, too scared to talk about it."
Nelson’s voice and general conversation indicated resignation to the fact that no one would ever touch his testimony, adding that Senate and House pedophiles still hold public office. This, in spite of the prosecution and imprisonment of elderly Catholic priests.
Nelson corroborated our earlier interview with attorney and Franklin Cover-up author John DeCamp [  decamplegal@inebraska.com ], revealing that about 20-30 senators and congressmen attended and participated in mostly male pedophile sex parties at King’s mansion during the Reagan-Bush 41 administrations --but neither would name names.
DeCamp told us, "I can’t talk about that now. Bad things happen."
Nelson and Decamp also said that retired Los Angeles FBI Special Agent Ted Gunderson flew to Nebraska to assist the photographer; and Nelson told us Gunderson secured cash from an unidentified individual who paid to have him released on bail before his next public hearing on May 4. Nelson said he is worried, remains homeless, and is served legally by a public defender.
DeCamp said Gunderson has taken "a personal interest in Nelson and the Franklin case, and he’s a good friend."
MIT and the U.S. Army
Ensnared as a fall-guy for what the Washington Times called a White House and congressional child sex ring, the Nebraska photographer said the warrants were used to locate photo evidence of Capitol Hill pedophilia, but Nelson just wants to get on with his life.
Rusty Nelson told us he attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) for two years, studying electronic engineering in the early 1980’s: "Photography was my hobby or key interest, and I was offered so much money, I left school to work for a phone company, building microwave radio stations, tower dishes--it was more money than I could have earned with an MIT degree; and it got me out into the mountains where I could also do photo shows and scenic art."
"The company got bought out, so I entered the Army for a couple years as a wire climber who wired phones and I got out in 1986," said Nelson, adding, "I was approached by people connected to Larry King because of my photography work in the Lincoln area and pretty soon I started going with him to Washington, DC to do various photo jobs--but I never did anything pornographic."
Front-man for the fall
"My problems started at King’s Embassy Row mansion in January through June, 1988 when they were trying to bring me into the inner circle at Bohemian Grove and the room in Larry’s mansion--the sex parties--when I saw the other guy impersonating me--supposedly without my knowledge," he said.
"At about that time [age 23-24], I was broke, homeless, with hardly even a few dollars in my wallet--I depended on Larry for a room and food; but I was on his jet with little kids and I saw children sold to the highest bidder at an auction--that‘s when I really started to get scared," added the photographer and eyewitness to Capitol Hill crimes still unpunished.
Nelson’s U.S. District Court testimony weaves a curious tale regarding his impersonation so that abducted children and others would identify him as the child porn photographer should it be necessary:
"Q: How did you come to know Larry King?...I needed to find a decent job and he [Ron, who hired Rusty Nelson for photos at club named Max‘s] goes ‘I know somebody who probably be able to use a good photographer, I’ll talk to him...All of a sudden, here’s Larry King, I had no idea who he was...and next thing I’m on a private jet to Washington, DC and just lavishly being spent money on, clothes..." Q: How old were you?...About 24, 25...maybe 23...Q: Did you function as a photographer for Larry?...Oh, yes. Q: What did you photograph? Things like the opening of Prince’s Palace, a restaurant, a jazz club he started...took pictures at his mansion on Embassy Row...he kept wanting me to do kiddie porn, gay porn. I wanted no part of it...he went to the extent of insisting I wear certain clothes, my hair had to be a certain way...Nancy Reagan’s hairdresser [Robin Weir] did my hair. Permed it, everything, totally changed my appearance...I happened to come across a man who was also a photographer for Larry. Whose appearance was almost identical to mine...I came to gather I was being run as the front man for the fall and this other person was doing the actual hard core kiddie porn...I heard somebody was passing themselves off as myself, as Rusty Nelson..." [U.S. District Court, Nebraska, U.S. Senior District Judge Warren Urbom, February 5, 1999, Sworn testimony of Russell E. Nelson, pp. 40-43]
Nelson added, "I saw this guy [Nick] dressed exactly like me on three different occasions," adding, "whenever we were in the same area, Larry would quickly get him out of there. He even had the identical camera I had."
"One night in the spring of 1988 on K street in Washington, I’m sound asleep and a guy knocks on the door and says ‘I just bought you from Larry and you’re mine for the night,’ "said Nelson, who continued, "I climbed out the second story window and ran. This was not long before the presidential election when Franklin Credit Union was raided."
"Nancy Reagan’s hairdresser, Robin Weir, did my hair. Permed it, everything...totally changed my appearance..."
"I was so scared. I lived in hiding for eight years, never stayed anywhere for more than three weeks or so usually; did odd jobs, washed windows--hotels, restaurants to get something to live on; I was shot at and wanted to keep under the radar," said Nelson.
Silencing the witness
Nelson had by then settled in Portland, Oregon; and about six weeks before the Clinton-Dole presidential election on Friday, September 13, 1996, Nelson said he was finally arrested on the charge he used a child for the display of sexually explicit conduct.
"I never did it," said Nelson, adding, "they had no photos and if they did, they wouldn't show me the photos they were using to put me away. So I held out; but they set my bail for $873,000 cash, and finally put me in solitary confinement for 22.5 months on a 13 month sentence after I gave in to just get it over with."
"I pleaded no contest for a photo of a minor in a sexually explicit pose without any photos or proof--and no person bringing the charges. I didn’t even know the accuser and I still don’t; but they just said it was a minor," he said.
Knowing the political and criminal implications of a child sex scandal, higher powers had enough motives to keep Rusty Nelson in solitary confinement--an unnecessary and unusual punishment normally reserved for hardened criminals.
But 1996 GOP presidential candidate Bob Dole’s wife [now North Carolina Senator] Elizabeth Dole, had an aide who was closely linked to the Washington call-boy ring, so there is reason to believe it was important to keep Nelson incommunicado and in solitary confinement.
A news report confirmed why Nelson was likely taken off the street: "A top Labor Department advisor to Secretary Elizabeth Dole resigned yesterday after acknowledging that he had procured male prostitutes and was subject to blackmail threats by one of the call boys." [Washington Times, 6-30-1989--The paper had previously reported that a 15-year old call-boy had toured the White House at midnight.]
In a letter announcing his resignation as Mrs. Dole’s political personnel liaison to the White House, Paul R. Balach wrote: "I hereby resign my position this date due to the public disclosure of activities concerning my personal life."
Not mentioning either children or members of congress, the Times added, "according to documents obtained, the homosexual prostitution ring includes not only Reagan and Bush administration officials but military officers, congressional aides and U.S. foreign businessmen with close social ties to Washington’s ‘political elite.’ "
Attempts to find photos of high government officials
Nelson told us, "While I was in jail, the FBI went to my parents’ farm in Nebraska and took sledge hammers to the walls, shot out all the windows and appliances of our barn, ransacked my parents house without a warrant on two separate occasions--looking for stuff related to Franklin, evidence--the photos; but I was not shooting kiddie porn."
"There were military shell casings all over our property," he said.
"And when I had to leave Portland to go testify in Nebraska, state parole officers did everything they could to keep me from testifying before Judge Urbom," said Nelson, adding, "they said I was in solitary to protect me but it was more like torture since they woke me up so much I never got any sleep, spent $50,000 to extradite me back to Oregon for a DNA sample, then put me on death row at Leavenworth prison for a few weeks with violent criminals--heck, I saw them beat one guy and four men died while I was at Moltnomah County Detention Center in Portland."
"This last arrest [after the Thompson suicide] in February, I was roughed up, pushed into walls, and they would not let me see their badge numbers; I was helping a friend open up her photography studio--that’s the only way I can earn money to survive," he said.
"They said I was soliciting a minor for photographs; but we were only looking for a few junior bridesmaids for a bridal show promotion with other women. And the parents were all involved and were always required to sign releases and be present for all photo shoots. We did nothing wrong. I am good at wedding photography and you can earn good money in that business," Nelson continued, adding "how else am I able to work?"
Nelson’s prior links to the White House child sex ring have continued to draw attention from unidentified individuals who still threaten him.
"In the spring of 2003 [not long after key child sex ring witness Troy Boner was found mysteriously dead in a New Mexico hospital], a guy wearing dark sunglasses came up to me and said, ‘Drop Franklin; you’re in too deep. Your family and life are in jeopardy.’ Then he walked away."
Even more recently, on October 22, 2004 [two weeks before George W. Bush edged out John F. Kerry for the presidency], Delmart "Mike" Vreeland was arrested in Franklin county, Iowa on charges of child prostitution allegedly committed in Colorado.
Vreeland is now off the street, however, reportedly in solitary confinement with no contact with other prisoners after having been said to have predicted the 9/11 attacks in a note written while he was previously in prison on other charges.
While the rest of the country reels from relatively frequent amber alerts in Florida and around the United States, evidence continues to point toward reasons for commencing an amber alert on Capitol Hill--what some would say is the epicenter of child sex criminality.

A love Letter 2 ?


Hey,

What will be, will be.

In my world, tings are getting a bit LARRY! All good fun though and definitely interesting. Going back up London soon for another kick at the hornet’s nest as the dirty side of the Metropolitan Po Po almost broke my mates arm. That was his intention and she is a girl. That’s not cool. A real man would never lay a hand of aggression on a woman.

The Blair’s have got to go. I don’t like their kind. Let them go live in America as they worship the Bushy brand of idiocy, so clearly. I doubt the Germans or the French would have them over for a pizza or a curry. I wish people understood that I think England is worth fighting for; and that the elite few like that tosser and his witchy immigration meister/Mrs. at 10 Downing Street or next door (wherever they live), have and are currently ruining your country - my country too.

I love England as I still love Canada and things are really bad there for some; just not many outside the country know how truly bad things have deteriorated just across the pond in Canada... yet. Canadian children are knowingly being placed at risk through corrupted legislation.

Questions of integrity and abuse of human rights - children’s rights - are starting to loom around the Canadian government, in specifically the old money bit - ‘Lower Canada’ - the Maritime Provinces of Lords and serfdom. Ever been taxed to death by your government? No time to talk? Too busy working? Sound familiar? Recognize the tune?

Speaking of tunes, I went out last night with a bunch of girls dancing - what a laugh. Tomorrow we are over to the Wagon at Hale for a sing song. I would love to take my eldest daughter to Iraq to learn about their rich cultural heritage that is hers, to learn about where she comes from. It just ain’t gonna happen. No holiday for us to go see the extended family in Baghdad (if any of them are still alive, that is) whereas, I started coming over to England, as a child, to meet my family and learn about my roots.

Canadian summers were swimming in beautiful lakes and sometimes, family over from England, as well. The winters were lovely and white, usually before Christmas.

I remember well, the good times - drinking too much beer down at the railroad tracks in the woods as a teen, into the night; good friends, good music, good times. Canadians are cool folk… no doubt. And just like here, a few assholes are running my country and their lives into the ground. Do you ever hear much about Canada in the news? Ever wonder why? It's called a media blackout, by definition.

We are Uncle Sam’s bitch and I demand a divorce.

Canadian ‘government’ needs immigrants/$$$ to tax and wants refugees/voters to blame for where all the money is going, but don’t let the tourists see or the citizenry find out what the Canadian/American media turns a blind eye to: 2 + 2 = 4 no matter what country you come from, if you are educated. Sound familiar? War is THE big business - the most bang for OUR buck, on our/their(?) ‘privatised’ democracy. It’s nothing personal folks, just big business.

‘Representative’ democracy is a crock of shite. Give me grass roots any day of the week.

“People have to die,” was the response I was given by Mr. Limp Dick MP, outside Westminster Abbey when I interrupted him from returning to his lush, loud banquet with BAE, the bomb makers, I do believe. What was my question?

“Why are you dropping bombs on my daughter’s people?”

My response?

“People have to die so you can sell bombs and sup-sup with the bomb makers in the church gardens and feed from the trough across the street? People like you are why I teach my children that that building over there houses the second rising of the Third Reich. Good night, sir.”

I had also previously enquired of said ‘good’ MP, if he would aid in drafting legislation that would classify pedophiles as the dangerous offenders and permanent threat to humanity’s children that they have become. We both agreed that this was an egregious act of violence and that something must be done to separate their kind permanently from society’s children. His response?

- a flat out “No.” He couldn't spit the word out of his mouth fast enough.

Why?

Was it anything to do with his body language? Did that give him away? When I said the word paedophile, in said conversation, 'Limp-dick' took a step back and crossed his arms, no longer were his shoulders square to mine - he stepped back, crossed his arms and placed himself on an angle to me. He also turned sheet white. (Pr*ck! Did I just catch me one, red-handed?) I have an independent witness who was with me.

I know my life may be a bit mental for some to understand and it makes perfect sense to me. I love to sing and I understand clearly that it’s the politicians that have lost their marbles. I am just me - a small town, Canadian girl with an English heart who knows right from wrong, like most. I am far from perfect. I have been known to swear like a sailor, on occasion. I do what I do because I care that much. I take my job as mom very seriously. I do lurve to have a laugh and a joke, as you know. I love a bit of Monty Python.

Speaking of sex, someone down the pub was silly enough to say that he had had sex with me… oops, a mate told me. I chewed him up and spat him out, put my chair back directly in front of him and sat down with my back to him and his tattoos after a load of verbal - mine. He never said one word.

As usual, I am sitting down the pub, surrounded by just normal folk, trying to earn a crust and keep their little families/lives afloat. These people do not deserve such an evil bastard playing havoc with their lives – taxing the death out of them and harassing their youth.

Am I worried about tomorrow? Mildly… I know there are good English men on the Metropolitan Po Po and I know there are some prize $%£4s.

Do I fancy being man handled by a pr*ck? Not really.

Do I believe 110% in what I am doing? Definitely.

It’s mad that I am contemplating the consequences of exercising my right to express my opinion, free speech, and I have to take into account the bullying tactics, including assault, both me and my children have witnessed (the man on the Clapham bus), used by officers of the Met at the gates of Downing Street, in full view of the public.

Insanity comes to mind. I cannot take my kids on a holiday for fear of being denied re-entry to my homeland, England, where my children are born and bred. I am a terrorist? %$£” right off Mr. Tony Blair. I may be banned from entry from how many countries because I have been cautioned as a ‘terrorist’ under Tony-the-Toad’s ridiculous legislation known as SOCPA, which curiously is also a complete travesty of our civil rights.

The right to have an opinion and express it must be the most fundamental aspect of life, let alone democracy – otherwise you are just cabbage waiting to die.

When my ex-neighbour, ex-SAS, has very real problems adjusting to his past in view of his present – a beautiful blond-haired blue eyed boy… When he was just a lad, he was naughty and the government offered him jail or the army, he chose the army. As a trained assassin, he was sent into Northern Ireland and many other nations to ‘exterminate’.

He finds it hard to accept that he placed the sole of his boot across the neck of an infant and shot point blank. It's poetry; the lyrics above have many meanings and yet the simplest is the easiest to digest. The 'flowers in her hair' gives reference to a hippy mentality which is purely peaceful - love. Put together, they meld into a peaceful individual, not out to break the law, merely expressing clearly what is on their mind - love - through action and art - nothing illegal - only peaceful action criminalized by the government, and not willing to stop for anyone or anything, as they are harming no one.

Is it a crime to express the truth, in creative, artistic ways, in a peaceful manner, in public? Is Sandi Thom a serious organized criminal for writing a song and is said song, her thoughts put to melody in harmony with varying instruments accompanying her voice, a security risk? They ask for it and we give it. My mum taught me that if you dish it out, you have to be able to take it. It 'kind of' goes against the principles we all believe in - those not dissimilar from the Bible. The rotten head of the Metropolitan police and his 'boys' are a different story altogether and a very different kettle of fish. We all have clean track records in those areas whereas I hear, here, like Canada, it's a matter of 'what officer doesn't have a complaint against him of assault or hasn't been accused of being a racist idiot' - bog standard corrupted policing forces.

It's common practice for Canadian police, especially known to myself in Eastern Canada, to steal evidence and to plant evidence. How pathetic is that? It was explained to me that corrupt Nova Scotian police officers are known to carry a gun with the serial numbers rubbed off, under the front seat, in their patrol cars, should the need arise for them to plant a weapon on someone they just shot, without just cause. That little fact was explained to me by a radio presenter and son of a Justice of the Peace, in Canada.

One fine day, in their compound, there was a container with rocket propelled this and super machine gun that and grenades - all sorts of toys for the U.S. army boys. Now if I was a terrorist, which I am not, what would it have taken for me to access said goodies?

The container was left out in the 'backyard'. There were no guard dogs, no security surveillance systems, no sensor lights, no patrolling night watchmen, no barbed wire - just a six foot fence. The only thing I needed to access that container was the ability to climb a six foot fence (easy-peasy) and a pair of normal, average, everyday pliers to break the seal on the container. These are supposed to be security measures against weapons of mass destruction? Containers aren't exactly small... they are the big, big metal boxes that are often seen on trains going here, there and everywhere. What the hell does that tell you? Unfit for purpose springs to my mind.

They also have two sniffer dogs at the secret location. One works and the other doesn't. Or, you could say that when they want to find something they bring out the dog with the good nose and greater sense of detection of drugs. The doggie with the no sense or detecting abilities is brought out... when? When they want to slide something through??? The 'Customs' employees are told they are only to search the contents of containers with linen and coffee, for drugs... and search all containers, I assume, for WMD'S. THE MIND BOGGLES. The foreign bugs that are consistently and constantly being introduced into Canadian society, out of those containers, via the unknowing employees, is untrue.

Their idea of Security, considering all the fear-mongering they spread in the media, is a joke; that is the first point I am trying to get across to you; the second point being that drugs are consciously allowed into Canada by government. I would be foolish to think that England is any different considering the apparent consistencies I have witnessed between the two countries - it is a pattern, I keep noticing.

Is it any wonder that the production of heroin from Afghanistan has increased how many fold and my ghetto community is flooded with heroin? An addict duly pointed out why drug testing has been introduced into the English prison systems and why heroin is so popular in prison. Marijuana is known to stay the longest time in the blood system and is therefore, easy to be detected. Heroin exits the system very quickly and is therefore, least obvious in the blood system. Applying a bit of Toady's logic... if I was a guard at a prison - offenders... doped up on heroin would be far easier to control.

Every seen a person on heroin? They are usually a slumped-over, sack of dribbling humanity - very easy to control.

How do all those drugs get into the prisons and who exactly is profiting? I'd suggest the Wardens and their government buddies. I am certain that few people attempt to bring drugs into the system, on prison visits, as many precautions are taken to stop this practise and severe penalties are in place, as it eats into someone else's profits. Every drug imaginable is on offer once you get behind those locked gates.

Over 150,000 people were without electricity for over one week - no heat, no access to food, in the dead of winter and the worst blizzard that had hit Halifax, Nova Scotia - HRM, for quite some time.

Imagine my surprise when I called, at that time, over to the English media and they replied they had no knowledge of said catastrophe and STATE OF EMERGENCY, that winter.

So what is the point of declaring a STATE OF EMERGENCY if no one is going to be told???

To convince said reporter of the BBC, I asked him to go to the internet and look up my local newspaper, the Chronic Snail (The Chronicle Herald) - our only broadsheet newspaper, and the front page of said event. They have the whole ward on lock down. None of the doctor's or the nurses are allowed to leave the ward. We are locked inside the ward, literally. We're not allowed to speak to anyone. I could get in so much shit for just talking to you." They were held captive for one week solid. Did government think that none of their family members would notice their absence?

He previously displayed, openly and publicly, said evidence of GENOCIDE and retained his personal legal property against the above noted 'JOKER' and the above noted government/war criminals, for almost 5 years, until it was needed for these and other trumped up, ridiculous charges imposed by sir ian blair on behalf of Tony a.k.a. Beauty may only be skin deep and in Tony's 'case of insanity' and in this insane 'law' suit against Mr. Brian W. Haw and free speech, within these duly noted 'special' circumstances - ugly is straight through to the bone! Does 'abuse of process' ring any legal bells or set off any landmines of understanding? Does anyone understand what 'advanced disclosure' means? The tainting of evidence and the event of a mistrial has both been known to occur in English law and therefore exist in reality and do aptly apply in this case, specifically.

I think it's high time for a bit of morality and getting back to the basic tenants of the Bible within a democracy that is based on the Bible, as its ultimate book of moral law. England is a Christian nation, I believe. Isn't the Church of England - the Anglicans - Christian? Kind of makes you wonder when they are holding a big party in the College Gardens of Westminster Abbey for the politicians and the bomb-makers, BAE: the ones who build the bombs that kill the children.


Weren't the Anglicans once accused of being in bed with the weapons dealers? Did I not see, with my own two eyes, that fact verified, for myself?

Sister Elizabeth: what the hell is your church thinking and what in God's name have you been doing? Partying with the bomb-makers and the politicians who have publicly stated, 'people must die.' It makes me want to throw up...

I doubt Jesus, the man who through out the money-lenders from the temple, would approve of your little BAE bash with those big marquis and all those damn gold lawn chairs (I have never seen the likes before and hope I never will again), sister Elizabeth.

Maybe the Westminster Anglican church needs to go back and re-read the Bible and the ten commandments - specifically. Start with the basics... so you don't get confused again. Then we'll discuss the message of Jesus...

In times of desperation, almost all will cry out to God for help - even the atheist. "God, please help me, my child. God... why?" God gets blamed for a lot of things, too. "God, why didn't you change things?"

Does God have the power to change the minds and hearts of free men? Can God force you to act of His accord? No, and He can inspire your heart, if it is open. We are all free men to follow our own hearts - where ever that may lead us. I think that is why He gave us all free will - to steer our own boat and be responsible for ourselves and to ourselves. We are each responsible for what we do and say and how we act. Those are the simple facts. We are also responsible for each other, as any good family member should behave - humanity is God's family and my extended family.

If and when God does choose to intervene, that is what us mere mortals call a miracle. Will a miracle happen? Can the truth come to light... for all its ugliness, by the Glory and through the Grace of God?

I believe in miracles. I have seen many. How fortunate am I?

In my past, I have fractured five vertebrae, been completely paralysed and went on to wear a back brace for a year, and now, I am fine as kind. I have danced with the death-causing disease Lupus and God willing, I am still here and healthy as a horse.

I believe that I see what others overlook. It is the simple things in life that matter and God works his miracles in the most beautiful ways. He just shines a light and things happen. The sun rises and flowers open; every dawn brings a new day; mother's and father's conceive children and participate in the miracle of childbirth and the joy of watching a child grow... and life goes on. Humanity will overcome this devilish spirit of corruption - this I believe with all my heart.

My God is the God of a second chance. My God always forgives. My God is always loving. My God wants me to learn and be better for the experience of life. In this modern day and age, finding these humane qualities within humanity, is a miracle, in itself.

When I think of God, I think of my children and how much I love them and what I wouldn't do for them. If that is the way I am towards my children, how must our Heavenly father feel and behave towards us? He loves us more - unconditionally, no matter what, eternally. There is nothing that He wouldn't do... except for make our decisions for us.

Jesus came to teach, not to dictate. That's what the Bible taught me. God gave each living soul a free spirit/free will and, hopefully, a mind and a voice; coupled with two eyes to see and two ears to hear.

I am teaching my children to stand on their own two feet and be responsible for their actions and their emotions. I am teaching them to think for themselves and have compassion for others. I am here to guide them into adulthood; a life of their choice and of their own making. N.B. The children in Palestine, Afghanistan and Iraq have little choice and no voice that can be heard, over here, regarding their futures.

Could God be a parent to all religions - a shining example of love and understanding? Could we follow that example?

Maybe it is humanity that needs to take responsibility for the decisions made by humans. War, for example, is a choice made by man - or a certain few men. I am certain more warring would not be God's choice or His answer for the world's turmoil.

God didn't give much of the life on this planet a voice box capable of speech and a mind capable of forming thoughts: the ability to communicate; just us, I think - humanity. And we are the ones who are ruining the environment upon which all life depends upon? We are illuminating multiple species of animals from the planet for what purpose? That is insanity - irrational, to say the least.

When is a time for talking? When will the fighting and killing end so we can talk, reasonably and rationally?

Sometimes, children need to learn, for themselves, the difference between right and wrong through experiencing the consequences of poor decision making skills, stemming from a lack of reasoning ability usually coupled with a lack of life experience; war is 'dead as a doornail' wrong.

Back in 1991, the child mortality rate in Iraq was 1 in 5, under 5. The sanctions we, G8 nations, brought upon the foreign state of Iraq, are what surged the death rate of children so high, back then. Is that reasonable or rational or moral? What are we now doing or turning a blind eye towards - sanctioning the Palestinian children and those of so many other nations?

Iraq: 1 in 5, under 5 dies - that was then. What about now? Genocide is the only word appropriate for the state of the Iraqi children or lack thereof.

Today, the world's most dangerous highway is the road to Baghdad, Iraq. Children line the highway with one shoe, no shoes - orphans of all ages, begging for water and/or food. The Iraqi children are literally on the front line of this illegal war - this statement beggars belief.

Out of the kindness of their hearts, our soldiers, those who illegally occupy Iraq, generously give what they can of the meagre rations that they have been given. Our soldiers have shown great kindness on that dangerous highway. They have shown great compassion for the Iraqi children. Will you? Will you show compassion for the soldiers?

A chap in the army has recently switched over jobs to picking up the wounded, in helicopters, in Iraq. Yesterday, he picked up a five year old child and the child was severely burnt - we all know burns are known to be the most painful of all injuries to suffer.

The pilot said, "It is awful." The children run over as soon as he lands and beg for water. The children have learnt the English word for 'water' quickly, in their own homeland, since Saddam left power/was deposed illegally. Regime change is another illegal act that we, G8 nations, carried out in Iraq.

If I remember correctly... "Kibit mia" is Chaldean, the Christian language of Iraq, for "I want water."

Maybe we should learn their language as it is their country we have invaded and are systematically destroying. There wasn't a water shortage under that mad man Hussein - just us. How sad is it that life was far kinder to the Iraqi peoples under that lunatic's leadership? What does that say about us?

"Water. Water. Water. Water. Water..........", the Iraqi children cry out for.

The soldiers give what they can...

I am so ashamed of the government of this country.

I am, alternately, so proud of the compassion some of our soldiers are showing to some of their children.

'It' just shouldn't be happening - GENOCIDE - the wanton destruction of other nation's children and their families. We need to go into Iraq and dig wells for those children... and for the Palestinian children too, and for so many other nations. F*ck drilling for oil and bombing the shit out of children's homes and communities for some sad b*stard's sadistic pleasure and for their monetary gain.

Very few soldiers enjoy killing children and that was a statement that should never have to be said.

Will you show compassion for our soldiers who are taught and are ordered to murder children?

My heart goes out to them. I wouldn't want to be in their shoes, over there, for all the money and gold and silver in the world... not as a soldier of an insane dictator, as part of an illegal occupation, under insane conditions; watching so many children suffer and die, needlessly. It must be heart breaking for most soldiers to witness, I imagine. When facing an armed Iraqi child - who is the adult in this situation? Does the English nation accept that our soldiers are taught to murder Iraqi children?

When will humanity ever learn that war is wrong - killing is wrong? Stealing life is wrong. Stealing the life of a child is beyond wrong. And still God forgives even the murderer, should he have a change of heart. God knows our hearts - that is a miracle - such great unconditional love for all of humanity, even for those who refuse to believe or have faith in a God of unconditional love; all are still loved, regardless. I bet God is crying a river of tears for all the children and blessings He sent to the earth that have been destroyed, shamefully.

War and destruction are synonymous - the antithesis to life and creation.

The earth does not belong to an evil bunch of liars. The earth was created for all the world's children to live in peace, in a loving, beautiful, hospitable environment - like no other in our solar system. It's not supposed to be a living hell for most children and a bed of roses for the elite few 'adults' who govern democracy unjustly. Irrational. Unreasonable. Illogical.

Logic? Who says Pluto is no longer a planet so all the science books need to be re-written? Science was the only subject these morons could not dumb down within the school system of Joe public's education. Demoting PLUTO is their best chance for a mass burning of all science books and the world as we understand it to be, scientifically. The depth of their insanity boggles my mind. The greed and ignorance they exhibit goes far beyond any reasoning.

As I re-read these pages, I am shocked to know and understand the world, as it is - my life experience of it. My father was a mason and a slum-lord. When I was in grade 8, a girl in my school, in grade 9, used to live in one of my father's rooming houses(bedsits). He also used to sleep with her as payment of rent. Dear old Dad also bought off a judge for three counts of murder - my mum never lied to me. Later on in life, I met the friends of the family that he had killed and I felt guilty for the crimes my father had committed.

'I' felt so ashamed of 'their' complete inhumanity and corruption. Now, as an adult, I feel no shame, only complete blind rage towards those who perpetuate insanity onto and into the lives of just common, average, everyday folk. My dad, the mason, was a violent man by nature and a murderer amongst other things.

I guess you could say that I am the progeny of a mason that has gone 'Pete tong - wat went wong.' I have a conscience and my mother's heart - a heart big enough for all humanity when coupled with her courage, strength and wisdom. I also have a great understanding of the corrupting forces behind this pseudo-democracy we are being forced to live. (How do you like me now, Toady?)

As I was quoted by a good officer of the HRM police, when battling the school board in a courtroom of corruption: "She said she wasn't going to stop". Yes I made that statement and yes it is true.

The bent judge also said "I don't want to hear the facts."

My response? "Do, what?"


His response? " I don't want to hear the facts ... right now."

He never heard the facts as I was effectively silenced, in that courtroom. Pattern?

Now, I will not be silenced nor shut up unless 'they' place a bullet between my eyes. So if you idiots plan on 'Dr. Kellying' me, get on with it. I have everything to live for so don't bother with suicide bullshit in association with my name. The public won't buy what you might be selling. They have been informed otherwise. The only people who want to see my ass six feet under are those I am crowing about in this statement, despite the fact that I am a mother of three wonderful, beautiful, intelligent, compassionate children.

The children of this world are worth fighting for - until my last breath. I grew up with violence, abuse and privilege - I am not speaking 'out my ass'. I grew up on a street of Doctor's and Lawyer's, Politicians and Money. I am not threatened, at all, by men with guns, corrupt politicians, bent judges or the powers that be. They can all kiss my pretty pink bum.

My only weapon, and the only weapon I need is - the truth, and a voice to speak up or sing out, as whichever the case may be. God is on my side and 'has my back'. This I know 'for a fact, Jack' and that's all I need to know.

The 100th Monkey - A story about social change

The Japanese monkey, Macaca fuscata, had been observed in the wild for a period of over 30 years. In 1952, on the island of Koshima, scientists were providing monkeys with sweet potatoes dropped in the sand The monkeys like the taste of the raw sweet potatoes, but they found the dirt unpleasant. An 18-month-old female named Imo found she could solve the problem by washing the potatoes in a nearby stream. She taught this trick to her mother. Her playmates also learned this new way and they taught their mothers too.

This cultural innovation was gradually picked up by various monkeys before the eyes of the scientists. Between 1952 and 1958 all the young monkeys learned to wash the sandy sweet potatoes to make them more palatable. Only the adults who imitated their children learned this social improvement. Other adults kept eating the dirty sweet potatoes.

Then something startling took place. In the autumn of 1958, a certain number of Koshima monkeys were washing sweet potatoes -- the exact number is not known. Let us suppose that when the sun rose there were 99 monkeys on Koshima Island who had learned to wash their sweet potatoes. Let's further suppose that later that morning, the hundredth monkey learned to wash potatoes.

THEN IT HAPPENED! By that evening almost everyone in the tribe was washing sweet potatoes before eating them. The added energy of this hundredth monkey somehow created an ideological breakthrough!

But notice: A most surprising thing observed by the scientists was that the habit of washing sweet potatoes then jumped over the sea... Colonies of monkeys on other islands and the mainland troop of monkeys at Takasakiyama began washing their sweet potatoes. Thus, when a certain critical number achieves an awareness, this new awareness may be communicated from mind to mind.

Although the exact number may vary, this Hundredth Monkey Phenomenon means that when only a limited number of people know of a new way, it may remain the conscious property of these people.

But there is a point at which if only one more person tunes-in to a new awareness, a field is strengthened so that this awareness is picked up by almost everyone!
