Redwood to be felled
Simon | 15.09.2006 21:19 | Ecology | South Coast
Apparently a Sequoiadendron gigantica will be felled on the 16th September 2006 in Steyning, West Sussex.
i am trying to save this tree (i know it's late in the day - i only found out about the plan on sunday)
it has had a tpo on it, the felling was blocked by Horsham Dist. council, an appeal was successful to the secretary of state in May and now it will be felled.
any ideas to save it? any support?
we need all we can.
please contact me if you can help,
My name is Simon Zec and you can email me or ring me on 07941 622442
thanks
