SOCPA - judge trashes human rights "because she can"

judge wright, when asked by barbara tucker's barrister why she was setting bail conditions that were unprecedented and 'unheard of', replied 'because i can'. today, the simple action of standing alone with a banner decrying blair's war-crimes has been criminalised not just in the designated zone, but even elsewhere, on penalty of imprisonment. this is way beyond even the original contentious socpa powers and marks a further sinister attack on protest.
barbara tucker appeared in front of judge wright this morning at horseferry road, to appeal against bail conditions set on friday that banned her from parliament square and downing street.
the conditions meant that if barbara had worn her banner near downing street or parliament square over the weekend, she would have faced imprisonment pending a trial which at present is set for no earlier than the 30th november.
her barrister argued that the serious organised crime and police act would only give the sanction of a fine against barbara tucker if her repeated attempts to publicise the crimes of our government were found to be unlawful, whereas the magistrate's condition further criminalised barbara and threatened imprisonment should she break it. when asked why she set this condition, judge wright replied 'because i can'.
the judge argued that the conditions were in so that barbara would be prevented from committing a public order offence, but since she has never been reported or charged with any public order offences this was far-fetched. eventually after legal arguments back and forth, the judge relented slightly and allowed that barbara could enter parliament square but only to take part in brian haw's protest and under conditions set by superintendent terry or the most senior officer on the ground. effectively this means that a policeman can tell barbara her banner is 'too pink' or some such rubbish, and then have her imprisoned for breach of bail. if you think that's ridiculous, check out what happened to her last monday when police attempted to have her put on remand without legal representation for nothing more than a highly dubious 'obstruction of the highway' offence. in a further departure from all natural justice, the judge then imposed an additional unprecedented condition in connection with brian haw's court case set to proceed tomorrow. she banned barbara from attending! the barrister kicked up an unholy stink and evntually managed to get this retracted, but only on the undertaking that barbara would not wear her banner in the vicinity of the court. at the time, everyone believed that brian's trial was at marylebone magistrates court at 10am tomorrow, this court is well outside the designated socpa zone.

Remember a little thing called World War 2? Remember the guy responsible, Adolf Hitler? Remember his political movement, the nazis? Remember how Hitler placed HIS people in charge of EVERY aspect of German society, including the courts, as soon as he could?
The Red Rose of the New Reich party stands for 'Rose West', the best iconic figure to represent the standard member of Blair's organisation. Rose West liked to have young women slowly tortured to death in her basement. Her excuse? "Because I can"
The only difference between Rose West and Wright is that Rose West doesn't even begin to approach the evil of people like Wright. You get this, and you have at least begun the fight against the evil that Blair has brought to our world. You refuse to accept this, and you might as well be a loyal supporter of Blair, for all the good you will do.
WHEREVER YOU GO IN THE UK, YOU WILL FIND BLAIR'S PEOPLE IN POSITION OF POWER. You fool yourselves when you think it matters if you (or the general public) actively support this fact. Blair has absolute power, we have absolutely none. This power will allow Blair to formally transform the UK into a police state when relying on our PASSIVE support has finally become too risky.

The principle of the ASBO (a New Reich thug emposing conditions on a citizen that mean prison if broken, when the original 'offence' did not carry a prison sentence under the WRITTEN laws of our nation) is essential for ANY dictatorship. Rikki's report on the trials of various protestors against NEW REICH GENOCIDE (most of you read these words, but NEVER get the import- Blair is guilty of crimes infinitely worse than any imprisoned criminal on this planet, but you all think that at worst, Blair should be removed from power and given a big fat pension, and a life of speaking tours and highly paid sinecures) are important in describing the state of OUR living history. However, what is our next stage supposed to be?
Many of you are being encouraged to get behind "OPERATION: JAM TOMORROW"- Blair's long running psy-op promising that Blair will be gone "in a year", so that you can relax and wait him out. This psy-op has been repeated every year for at least the last FIVE years. The protest on Sep 23 is organised by Blair's own people, as a standard act of RAGE THERAPY (you know, the one where you scream at the sky to make yourself feel better). You will be encouraged to expect WORDS not ACTIONS on that day, and the net will be flooded with the worthless rants of Blair insiders like Galloway for weeks afterwards to make you all feel like something was achieved. In reality, Blair will be left more powerful than ever, having stood up to another massive protest.
The only harm Blair is suffering at the moment occurs as a consequence of "OPERATION: JAM TOMORROW" having an international visibility, so that Blair's status is eroding amongst non-insider politicians across the globe. This is a minor negative side effect, and of no real consequence to Blair so long as the next stage is initiated in time- the genocide of Iran.
So 'Judge' Wright is doing no more than the zionist 'left' is doing- that is buying Blair just a little more time for him to begin the next stage of his plan. Those that battle Blair with extraordinary bravery, like Barbara Tucker and Brian Haw, have a difficult choice. Obey the commands of New Reich nazis like Wright, and have their ability to act eroded to the point where it ceases to exist, or ignore the words of Blair's racist psychopath court officials, and hasten the day when they get to meet Blair's guillotine (the favourite nazi way of murdering dissenters).

Sorry, is this supposed to suggest that Blair's aims were EVER in any doubt. People who refuse to engage in joined up thinking leave me VERY VERY suspicious. Maybe I am just witnessing the eternal optimism of the foolish mind. I do hope so, but is is time to put foolish thoughts behind us, accept once and for all the reality of Blair's evil, just the same as if you had absolute proof that your neighbour was a rapist and a murderer, and thus needed to take steps to protect yourself and your family.
