Climate Camp follow up meeting @ Common Place, 10 Sept

CCer | 05.09.2006 23:31 | Climate Camp 2006 | Climate Chaos | Ecology | Free Spaces | Social Struggles

After such an intense & out-of-the-ordinary week a few people thought it
would be good to meet-up to talk about our experiences at the climate
camp. So, if anybody fancies an informal chat who was involved in whatever aspect of the camp, see you there, 8 pm Sunday 10 Sept, at the commonplace.

The next camp for climate action meeting is at MERCi in Manchester
Sat and Sun 14 th and 15th October.

Climate camp claims

I am glad you are having a follow up meeting, you all need to give yourselves a long hard nip, reading all the various forums, you claim to have practically shut Drax down, when in fact you made no difference at all, Do you really believe all your bullshit and propoganda? you should tell the truth, the fact is "It was a complete flop from start to finish and a total waste of policing and local resources" for which I may add someone will have to foot the bill, probably the Selby residents in the form of an extra increase in council tax, so please take your protests elsewhere, you are not welcome here.

Glad your gone
