A BNP member who worked as a driver was sacked by his firm once he was found out.

A BNP member who worked as a driver was sacked by his firm once he was found out.
The company believed that a BNP member's presence in the company was unhealthy for its other workers and customers, many of whom are asian.
The company maintained that there was no unfair dismissal, or race discrimination or any other wrong involved in the sacking. The BNP member was not therefore entitled to notice pay, or compensaton for his summary dismissal.
The dismissal was upheld by the Court of Appeal.

What with this article and Ruth Kelly's comment about 'Enforced Multi-culturalism,' it is obvious who the state are most against. Seen as all of the cabinet apart from Blair were rabid communist/extreme left wingers in their heyday and where shouting about the same things as Indymedia do, will todays Indymedia writers be tomorrow decadent liars with their snouts in the trough????????

No doubt some will go that way - similarly I imagine many of today's BNP supporters will wake up and realise how they're being used and lied to by yet another 'party' of incompetent opportunists and closet Hitler-fetishists.

And I trust you include Griffin and the upper echelons of the BNP amongst today's "decadent liars"? Because that's what they are.

Unfortunately if the BNP had their way, "today's Indymedia writers" would probably be rounded up in cattle trucks and gassed...

.... I didn't think most BNP members could even read or write, and here I find out one is capable of driving. Hope they lose their home as well, and hang themselves from under a bridge.

Of course its one rule for them and another for others. Whilst I find fascism abhorent, I was equally disgusted to see community party of great britain members carrying giant pictures of Joseph Stalin through the streets recently. Joe and Hitler might have been at differant ends of the politic spectrum but they were both madmen. Its strang thou that violent militant nazis dont get a voice and violent militant communists do, indymedia should exclude (preferably) or include both.
