Amnesty today identified the recent Israeli war crimes in Lebanon.

Mr Justice Duncan Ouseley has just aided and abbetted a war crime and should be considered as legitimate a target under the Nuremberg principles as Hitler was and Blair is.
In 2003 the only Duncan B. Ouseley registered with the census lived at 1 Blenheim Road, London W4 1UB
Also living at the same address were Sussana V Ouseley, Daniel M Ouseley and Johnathan B Ouseley although the family are originally from Dorset.

The Queen has been pleased to approve that the honour of Knighthood be conferred upon Duncan Brian Walter Ouseley, Esq, QC on his appointment as Justice of the High Court.
Duncan Brian Walter Ouseley: Born in 1950 and educated at Trinity School, Croydon; Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge (MA); University College, London (LLM). Called to the Bar, Gray's Inn, 1973; QC, 1992; QC (NI), 1997; Recorder since 1994.
