Pink Picnic Bradford

Bradford's Pink Picnic took place on Saturday 19th August in Peel Park Bradford.

Bradford's first LGBT pride event took place on Saturday. The event was free, away from all pinkpound cravers, with music, fun and information stalls. Although small, it was packed with fun activities. The Calder Women's Samba Band supplied the afternoon carnival rhythms.

Good for Bradford. There are lots of these local Prides happening all over the country. Do you have a link to the Pink Picnic's website (if they have one)?

Many thanks!

Regarding a web site - i dont think there is one specifically for this event. But it was anounced on other LGBT bradford sites. Maybe as it gets bigger a web site will be created. Let's hope it won't become another commercial boxed event.
