Murderous men

17.08.2006 08:00

Shocking news - there are hundreds of millions of muslims but only thousands of those actively persuing Jihad and even less involved in blowing things up. BUT, almost all of those are MALE!!

We should be very afraid of men as it's not just muslim men ploting to blow people up, in fact, non-muslim males have be responsible for many many more deaths in the last hundred years than the few jihadist have managed.

But, what does your comment really have to do with the new album from Fun-da-mental and the attempts to censor it? Not much I think. The All Is War album is an attack on double standards, not a glorrification of terror. Is that censorship a result of racism? Maybe it is, but it's certainly not the first time that people have tried to demonise politcal song writers and censor their songs.

hypocrit Aki Nawaz

17.08.2006 08:47

The saddest thing is how much of a hypocrit Aki Nawaz is. On the one hand he says he "Reject(s) your patronising liberal views", which you imagine would include freedom of speech, freedom of association, democracy, socio-economic freedom etc. On the other hand, he says "Anyone worried by what I'm saying should get involved in the debate. You are allowed to dissent. It's a right."

So he would reject the grounds on which he claims the right to be able to release his record, and would peddle an agenda to establish an autocratic feudal system in it's stead?

Sound but no video

17.08.2006 18:11

Initially there were some video clips of what looked like the Hacklab with no sound but these gave way to sound only from the stage with no video!

Apparently the Berkman server is down so that is the end of that. What a pity!
