The St Ann's Allotments open day is an opportunity to experience this marvellous site from the inside. The allotments are the oldest and largest in Europe and have a unique charm as well as heritage status.

This year the open day will be hosted by Ecoworks, an environmenal community group situated at the heart of the site. As well as a chance to find out about renting an allotment, there will be a site tour plus garden-related workshops, food from our harvest cafe, a fruit/veg plant sale and more.

We'll also be asking visitors what they think about the potential of a small wind turbine on site.
