Chairman of the Joint Standing Committee on Treaties neo-Liberal crony andrew southcott has tabled a committee report which recommends making it compulsory for all plastic explosive devices to be easily identifiable.

But why not all drink cans and plastic drink bottles as well?

He says that is in line with a United Nations protocol on terrorism.

"Australia will be required to add a chemical DNMB to mark plastic explosives," he said.

"We're also going to have to destroy any unmarked plastic explosives that are held and we're going to have to make sure any plastic explosives that are produced in Australia are marked."

Hmmm! Here we go now!

'Southpark': says the recent events in London make this a timely move that could come into force within months.
