Stopping support for war by Velvet Revolution

The role of mass protest in bringing positive change

Morally bankrupt and corrupt leaders have been forced from office when a Velvet Revolution takes place
This requires a mass of hundreds of thousands of people who use no violence but occupy the political centre of a city and refuse to move until the morally bankrupt and corrupt leader hands over power to someone who is acceptable to the people
e.gTony Blair steps down and Jack Straw take temporary charge until the Labour Party can have an election
I am sure Tony Blair would support this as he is a big fan of imposed democracy

A Velvet Revolution only works when there is so great a number of the Public involved that it is very difficult for the police to use arrest and violence to break it up(as they did yesterday) and importantly no violence is used by the crowd
Also you need Stop the War Coalition to do what it says on the tin intead of tamely marching about, telling everyone to keep moving, making a few speeches and going home
There has never been a time in the modern age when a Prime Minister has been so despised
Are the British peoples capable of a Velvet Revolution
