When Israel declared a 48 hour end to bombing Lebanon last week it continued bombing anyway.

Israel will continue to kill the people of Lebanon no matter what the UN says.

Israel will also stay in Lebanon no matter what.
The US and France have reached agreement on a UN Security Council resolution aimed at ending the fighting between Israel and Hizbollah.
One official said the agreement called for a "full cessation of violence" but not an "immediate cessation".
Prime Minister Phoney said a draft UN resolution was "an absolutely vital first step in bringing this tragic crisis to an end".
Phoney said he would like to pay tribute to himself for bringing about this phoney deal.
