Imperative Blair sees much influence next 5 days: LAST CHANCE

I've been combing the web for Blair's engagements next week (another job). He is to meet Bush and Rumsfeld on Friday & Saturday, presumably for green light to war agreement. IT IS IMPERATIVE he sees in person as much influence as possible THIS WEEK. ORGANISE IF YOU CAN.
This is what we need to avoid (Basra 23/MAR/03)
Following are my notes and suggestions.

ORGANISE WHATEVER YOU CAN.
I THINK THIS _REALLY_ IS LAST CHANCE WEEK.

It is Imperative he gets to see (mark one eyeball) as much influence as possible for the next five days.
If you think you can organise it, a flying picket approach using the cellphone network might get some of us within his eyeline.
If you can organise then You collect the mobile numbers of people who can drop everything at a moments notice by text and move in their cars, mopeds, bikes to wherever he is. I would guess 100 minimum as only 10% - 10 people may get to any given venue in time.
You will need to get a person at each keep watch on the Police Station (for screened van departures), and likely venues - to report to you likely movements. You decide when to circulate the GO cellphone text when you are satisfied you have positive time and place. Flying pickets drive/pedal frantically and hopefully some will get through to be seen/heard by Blair.
Where Blair: Fri 28 meets Bush (& Rummy?)
Sunday 23rd: no idea - attends church (& needs to pray).
Monday in London meeting Maliki: Activity along M's motorcade route would be helpful as M has Tue and Wed with Bush.
Tues: no idea, good bet for Nottm.
Weds ? be expected at PMQ's and desk clearing in London
Thurs: needs to prep for Bush meeting - needs to meet MoD & MI brass.
FRI & SAT meets Bush. Circs suggest these meetings critical as to British further invovement. As much influence as possible in preceding days imperative.
Reminder/1.01 in minority influence processes.
Need basics of
1) Authority - exhibit knowledgableness. Smart dress please: no clowns (sorry): avoid woolly jumpers: avoid (just this once) campaign t-shirts. Think like going for a job interview with Branson perhaps. Islamic dress is an exemplar to us all!! dark and plain with no distractions.
2) INDEPENDENCE - must exhibit individual, non-partisan aspects. STRICTLY NO PARTY LINES. STRICTLY NO PARTY LABELS *SWP this means you too*. Avoid religious labels NO MATTER how strongly you may feel personally.
3) Investment (which in this case means PERSONAL COMMITMENT not money). Presence, noise and emotional behaviour are examples of exhibiting this factor.
REM: I studied social psycholgy, Serge Moscovici taught me (& Tony Giddens) this. It will work.
Keep your eye on the ball. Blair is your influence target not publicity or public opinion - it is too late for that.
KEEP IT SIMPLE. your target is STUPID.
NB. Weather likely to be hot & sunny. Have enough water with you in a _PLASTIC_ container for yourself and one other. Riot trigger level _high_: may need to supply Police officers with water to avoid their dehydration and violent reaction. Have high SPF sunscreen for yourself and one other, again may need to supply police officers.
