What makes a Social centre? Who first cracked the building? Who makes decisions about the way the building is run? Who does the washing up?

Does it cease to be a Social Centre when the a group of people leave and another lot bunch turn up - I think you'll find that there are some of the same people there as before ( not central commitee members? )

Though what is happening there besides hanging banners fighting local struggles in Bloomsbury? We think the 'public' must be told.

As someone else who was involved in the first collective at the space I am very interested in what is happening now. Has anyone considered writing some sort of text explaining the current state of play, if it differs drastically from that detailed in the dissolution communique?

Whatever....once you can learn to clean toilets, wash the floor and present the place to the public then I might reconsider but from what I've heard the place is a tip, the banners outside make it look like a hippy squat for fuck sake!

Call it what you want but leave me to have an opinion on the place based on 5 months hard work making THE SQUARE the place it was, and let the people who put that hard work in not have what the space achieved tarnished by bollox.
