Hello Everyone,
I just want to express my sincere gratitude to everyone, for their help and support. I am here today because of you guys. I am so honored to have met some of you and to even know your names. Thank you very much. May GOD grant all our wishes and GOD bless everyone of you. Thank you very much.
Antony

Anthony lodged his own Judicial Review application and the deportation was stopped.

Virgin Airlines and Liam Byrne the Immigration Minister were submerged by faxes, thank you everybody.

At least 6 people were ready to go to the airport if needed.

The main reason why Antony lost his asylum claim was because he was found 'not credible'.
The Home Office found Antony 'not credible' because he did not mention immediately at the first interview the fact that his entire family was murdered. Later Antony told a journalist he just found it impossible to talk about his family at the time. It is a well known fact that torture survivors and other very traumatised people cannot talk about their experiences until they recover at least a bit from the trauma. This fact has been known by psychiatrists and psychologists for many years, but the Home Office still holds it against its victims.

It is going to be a hard struggle to get Antony off the deadly grip of the Immigration authorities. Please keep supporting him.
