what needs to be made aware is what imperialist countries such as britian are doing in africa, etc, with the stealing of resources, such as oil. at the same what the reactionaries such as bono and bob galdof are doing is hiding what is happening, with live aid and live 8. this simply hides what britian, etc are doing, by saying buy a white band will change everything.

as we know, this will not. until african fight back against imperialism, and have full control of their natural resources, their oil, their gold, etc, poverty will contine to exist in africa. the same is true with latin america, where changes are starting to happen, with venezula who has nationalise thier resources, and bolivia who has starting to nationalise their resources. along with cuba, their are fighting back against the evils of imperialism. these countries are showing not only that another world is possible, it is already here and that is socialism

we in britian need to support those that are fighting back against imperialism, until imperialism is made history!

Once again, Indymedia UK illustrates its unerring skill in attracting comments from the most extreme-rightwing ghouls. Why is it that the comments here tend to be 60% at least from people more at hope on a BNP, KKK, Free Republic, or New Labour site. Usually, the rule is that a forum would attract comment from the kind of person aligned with the supposed purpose of the site they are visiting.

The truth, of course, is that Blair's New Reich scum put an extraordinary amount of effort into trolling locations like this for one good reason. Because unstopped (and notice, the censors here NEVER target the trolls), ordinary people are very very easily discouraged from participation by such activity.

Across the net, the pattern is familiar. If you have an extreme pro-Israeli, pro-mass-murder-of-muslims opinion, you can find tens of thousands of forums across the net, ESPECIALLY linked to major news organisations, where censorship of this type of comment is about non-existent. On the other side, anti-depravity boards, few as they are, rapidly censor the strongest anti-war comments, and usually allow the trolls to flourish.

Co-incidence? Hardly. So called liberal sites are rarely as genuine as you may like to think (I stopped going to Commondreams, when they decided to ERASE all anti-Israel articles). When they are genuine, higher level supporters of Blair's and Israel's crimes against humanity put relentless pressure on the forum managers to take offense at every kind of powerful anti-Blair/Israel comment. For instance, using the word 'jew' becomes illegal despite the overwhelming use of the words 'muslim' 'islam' and 'islamist' by every news organisation and pro-Israeli site (I have had many of my comments here censored for using the word 'jew' when discussing Israel).

George Orwell understood this tactic well, and described it in the concept of 'newspeak', where the State controls the words you are allowed to use, thus destroying the ability to describe certain concepts in ordinary argument.

Anyway, back to the topic of the article. Many of us have made it clear for a long time that Bono, and Bob Geldof are the very best friends, and major supporters of Blair, and all of his works, especially his genocide in Afghanistan and Iraq. They no more seek to hide this, than did the showbiz pals of Adolf Hitler all those years back.

It is easy to spot a showbiz opponent of Blair. They are the ones being falsely raided for 'child-porn' on the very eve of launching a song against Blair's (then) coming invasion of Iraq. The historic protest by many millions against Blair's war in Iraq would have gained unstoppable momentum with a 'band-aid' style record (yes, that may seem sad to many of us, but understanding the truth about the psychology of the masses is more important). Blair was prepared to do whatever it took to stop such record appearing, include 'suiciding' key performers that couldn't take a hint, and punishing any organisation that help produce, publish, or promote such a record. Of course, it shouldn't shock any of you that a depraved monster looking forward to being the direct cause of the very worst kind of suffering for millions of Humans had no problem setting his attack dogs on a hand full of people in the music biz.
