Join a BETA test of the Internet TV Revolution.

P2P TV
P2P TV

The project I have been working on for the last 5 years is starting to come together - Our new P2P “broadcast quality” TV channel is now in BETA test and is stable anufe for people to use. The will be 9 NEW videos transmitted over the next week, if you have a broadband connection and would like to join this TV revolution have a go at installing the app and subscribing to the channels.

The radical thing about it is that it is scaleable to millions of viewers and is full screen/full rez over a standard broadband connection.

Download the player app from here:

 http://www.getdemocracy.com/

And subscribe to both the channels here:

 https://channelguide.participatoryculture.org/?q=viewchannel/878

 http://www.undercurrents.org/OfflineTV/library.php?i=2

Just click on the subscribe buttons for each one and fallow instructions to add them to the democracy player app. Sorry it’s a bit complex at the moment, will soon have it as a simple download and install. Am looking forward to hearing feed back.

You can join the new project discussion e-mail list here:

we have over 30 peopul acessing the TV systam now, would be good to get it up to 100 to do a good test, in theory our current setup should handal 10,000's but good to test it in stages.

The is a rearly good TV show up there now that explanes what it is all about and why P2P TV is such a revlutionery project.
