The first formal claims in the Khoodeelaar! No to CrossRail series of legal actions is due to be filed in court during the week starting on Monday 3 July 2006.
Khoodeelaar! is inviting camapgn suppporters who are not able to afford court fees but are in principle interested in joing the legal stage of the camaapgn against Crsisrail hole Bill to get invboklved. We shall be helping in all reelvant ways to esdtbalihs the court cases and claims.

This information is for all genuine campaign supporters of the Khoodeelaar! campaign against Crossrail hole Bill.
All persons, or groups with legal interest and standing, who would like to become claimants against any of the relevant party / parties, must get in their claims for inclusion. The materials have to be in hard copy
Khoodeelaar! Is mounting the legal actions so that huge costs are not incurred by claimants.
We are NOT charging anything to anyone. All we want to do is to commence the court actions.

Two employees of Tower Hamlets Council
