CARDIFF Gaza Protest

EMERGENCY DEMONSTRATION:
STOP ISRAEL'S MILITARY ATTACK ON GAZA

Assemble at 1 pm, Saturday 1st July
Nye Bevan Statue, Queen Street (Opposite the Castle)

The Israeli government have launched a large scale military action against Gaza.

Israeli fighter planes have destroyed the only power station and bombed the three main bridges, and flown low throughout the night to create sonic booms to terrorise the civilian population: This is a collective punishment against the Palestinian people.

The Israeli army has massed thousands of tanks on the border with Palestine, and threaten to march into Rafah refugee camp. Gaza is one of the world's most densely populated areas, and amongst the poorest. The months of daily bombing and closures have destroyed Gaza's infrastructure and created a humanitarian crisis. Supplies of food, water and essential medicines are in desperately short supply.

Cardiff Stop the War Coalition, CND Cymru and Palestine Solidarity Campaign Cymru are calling for a mass demonstration against the Israeli military's war crimes and in support of Palestinian human rights.

Join us and make your voice heard. End the occupation!

Supported by: Cardiff Stop the War Coalition, CND Cymru, Palestine Solidarity Campaign Cymru and others.
