'Aryan Unity' Scum Update 'Liverpool Reds' Page

McFadden has been campaigning for the government to shut down Redwatch, a site he believes lead to the attack on him in Wallasey last month.
Redwatch had not previously been updated since 2003, but unfortunately if you attended the main Liverpool protest against the visit of Condoleezza Rice, you are now on their page. Inevitably, the 'coffin bearers' are at the centre of all the pictures, but the rest of us must be there, in the background. Ironic really, since you might have thought 'Aryan Unity' would have been right behind us on that one, albeit for completely the wrong reasons.
The page also highlights campaigning singer/songwriter Alun Parry, showing a picture of him and giving details of an anti-deportation gig he is scheduled to perform at in The Magnet in a few weeks, 'just in case anyone feels like going'.
If you can stomach adding to their counters, visit the site here.

Is that enough reason to close it down?

Why tolerate the existence of an illegal site.

to the existence of the site being hosted/mirrored on a US server (ns3.uncensored-hosting.com at planet.com). The particular incitement is indefensible in American
Law. Due to the prior criminal convictions of the two individuals involved, it could result in a jail term. The petty fascists will be able to find out how real fascists treat prisoners.
The Southern Poverty Law Center actively pursues hate groups as a consequence of the Civil Rights Movements of the 1950's-60's. Hosting inflammatory material on an American server is of interest to the SPLC and may result in the server being shut down.
Opening individuals to scrutiny does not get them murdered unlike exposing them to fascists on a website.
