good stuff but...

We should support this event and publicise it as much as we can, (though why such short notice?) but we should also be cautious: KONP is a broad based group nationally and has the potential to be an excellent and effective grass roots based movement. But as it develops, the usual suspects are trying to dominate it, so we should ask who are the key people behind KONP in Sheffield, is it an open group where everyone has a voice or will it go the way of the STWC?. However, not only should we be aware of any possible manipulation from the SWP et al, but the NHS unions should also recognise that patients, community groups, etc have an massive imput to make and that they should play a major part in this emerging campaign, not just the producers.
