Stop Torture Flights Protest at Birmingham Airport Saturday 24th June

Mike | 14.06.2006 12:29 | Anti-racism | Repression | Birmingham

This vigil is to highlight the UK government's complicity in moving detainees to secret locations for torture.

The UK government stands accused of not only allowing the use of British airspace and airports by the US military for torture flights, but of providing information that was used during the torture of one suspect.
