i left the republic of niger in 1984, with my mother and my step father to dublin, i was only 9-10 yrs.

i have never met my father. my mother told me he was somalia. my mother died in dublin on the 2/10/87. then i was only thierteen years old. after the death of my mother, my step father took me with him to live in belfast, from1987-1989.the big problem i was having with my step father, he was sexually molesting me for almost 2 years. i could not take it any longer. so i ran away from home to london. there was a lady who was wolking her dog in belfast, and i asked her where can i see black people around here, so that i can run to them. she told me london.

she told me how i can go to london. so i took some money from the house. i took the ship to england when i came to england i saw alot of black people. i was on the street for some time. then saw a lady called agatha brown who took me in. that is the woman i called mum today. i stayed with her for a long time. in 1992 her son gave me a birth certificate, when i told him i would like to work. and i started working with the name on the birth certificate RICHARD BADRICK.

i work some cleaning and security jobs. on the the 13th may i was arrested by the police for working with a false document. i was sentence to 12 months in prison.this is my first time in prison in my life. i completed the sentence on thr 12th nov 2004. then i was put in immigration detention. immigration officer came to me on the 2nd nov 2004, why should i not be deported back to niger. and i told them i do not know any other country, i grew up here in the uk. i have a son born in this country, in 1996. now i lost contact with the mother because of my prolonged detention. on the 24th may 2005 i was invited to an appeal hearing with know solicitor to represent me, i told the immigration jurge, i cannot do this on my own.actually he was not interested. after one week the appeal against deportation was dismissed. on the 13th dec 2005,i was deported back to republic of niger, when i got with 2 excorts, i was sent back to the uk, because the niger authorities do not accept the EU letter. there are some other people sent back from niger, because of the EU letter. to my greatest surprise immigration service in uk. told me i am not from niger, that was why they did not accept me, and they said i look more of a nigerian, i have never been in nigeria, i am not from nigeria, my parents are not from nigeria, and i do not know how people like in nigeria, i do not speak any nigeria language, i do not know what they are talking about.
